I just want everybody to appreciate how the melody is basically a theramin, which harkens back to 1950's sci-fi movies and alien sound effects. Kirkhope, Norgate, and Clynick are legit.
@@westingtyler1 A theramin is different from a synthesizer. One shapes oscillators via filters (most popular ones anyways) and a theramin is a type of instrument all in itself (too lazy to look it up and explain lol but I know what it is). They are just two different instruments is what I am saying. But I agree, that high pitched lead has a theramin sound to it. It's probably the vibrato that makes it feel that way. That wiggling in that lead sound if you listen closely.
@@metri0n yeah the music guys here almost certainly used a synth that they made to sound like a theramin, to reference the 1950s sci-fi movies, that used real theramins.
