D standard - 427hz (the greatest southern trendkill, reinventing the steel, and far beyond driven) E standard - 432hz (cfh) Eb Standard - 430hz (vulgar display of power, some songs from cfh)
I think this is not correct. I've tuned my guitar to this and it sounded like shit on "walk". It's not 1/4 up, it's 1/4 lower. Tune your fatest string by the intro riff of "walk" and you'll see.
"Walk" doesn't use d standard 1/4 step up... it uses e standard 1/4 step down. This first is halfway between e standard and e flat standard, the second is halfway between e flat standard and d standard. This is another tuning used by Pantera.
Thanks but nope .i am so amazed nobody seems to figure this out .. Set the a=440 to... big shocker... A=420 That's how you get dime tuning. Walk, hard lines sunken cheeks, this love, all of great southern trendkill and all of reinventing the steel. Also a new level, avoid the light. So many. Im broken also. Almost everything after cowboys was at least 20hz flat. That's the secret
