G’day from Down Under ,’) Just recently picked up my axe after 20 years, finally listened to my big brother and put my beautiful Ovation aside and bought a Strat lol So now I’m just going 61, buried my beautiful wife 2 years ago after losing her in 14 dreadful months to Leukaemia and now decided to try to play again and see if the music is still alive inside of me. Seems it is lol and I feel I’m playing better than when I laid it down so many years ago. I’m still slow and really not very good lol, can pluck and pick just a bit but I needed to find a good ear tuner for all sorts of tuning I want to try, hey, I’ve got 4 guitars and a bass, why not do a Springsteen and keep ‘em all in different tunings to make playing easier. And then I found you. Thank you. Just what I need to start playing again. I’m very grateful for the effort you’ve put in to publishing these vids. I doubt I’ll ever play in public again but here at home with my old hound dog playing along with Alice Coopers Detroit Stories, one of his best albums yet, and the Boss and Jackson Browne and the Chilli Peppers, makes a beat up old man feel good again and now I’ve got the new full black out paint job on my 128ci Sport glide, well, how blessed am I thank you Lord Jesus. So, thanks mate, time to raise my pick and my axe and play . . .
Wow, that is really a heartwarming story sir. I feel sorry for your loss, I hope you still have people who love you around you. Thanks for your kind words 🙌🏻
Finally. Seems THE ONLY STRAIGHT FWD TUNING, String by String, for OPEN D ! There are zillions of Open D "Lessons" but frustratingly, NO ONE seems to START a Lesson with just Tuning the Strings !! THANK YOU!!
Why do so many people think that "allot" is a word??? It's not. You want to say "a lot" (it is TWO words). Also, why is there an apostrophe in "thanks"??
@@fifilabellechapelle7132 have you ever seen how Nigerians or Kenyans who speak English Creole spell and talk? Ay my bro u got try dis link ere if u click on de link u wil dit de cod tu da spesul priz an if u pay de tax on it u wil win a mil $$ my bro. They literally spell and say everything wrong. I wouldnt worry about an informal setting like this considering every country that speaks a creole or pidgin English spells literally nothing right unless its legal documentation and only if its from a british source. Jamaica, Bahamas, US/British virgin islands, American Samoa, Guam, Tahiti, Kenya, Nigeria, Liberia, Ghana, you would literally commit suicide by correction. You'd correct people untill someone started shooting.
