I remember sitting there extending my hand out like OMG KANEKO NO! As if he could hear me... honestly I felt a tear roll down my cheek, that was heartbreaking to see 😭
And when Logan's car flies in the end of chapter 1 or when YOUR mom throws a tantrum in the end of Trashkissed... that song was NOT fitted cuz you didn't leave behind Dames, Kaneko, the cops or Imogen Wescott when she died!!
This one always plays when we have suffered a terrible loss. It always hits me right in the feels....I cried so much when I couldn't save Imogen in ILB😭😭
@@eugenpuiu9639 I couldn't aggree more. It was very fitting in ILB but now they place it in every single book (especially ROD). That makes it less special
@@Erayerden noooo!! I LOVED it when they played it twice in ROD and A LOT of people LOVE ROD and black Logan lol... we terrible lost the Garage and Kaneko Teppei in that chapter!! :( Well, it's STILL nice to listen to it ;))
Gosh between ILB, Ride or Die, now Bloodbound??? my god this track has made quite a few stories from PB and at the right times for the chapters no less! SPOILER ALERT: I thought the MC dying in ILB was sad while this played but watching your character slowly die after killing off Gaius in BB 2, omg... I had to fight back tears, seeing your LI hold you until your dying breath, omg...
IKR?! That part was so intense! I myself was holding back tears when I replayed the book, REPLAYED. I knew MC was gonna die and then be alive again still. Dying in Adrian's hands like that was the least anyone could like.
That scene in It Lives Beneath where you leave your friends to face Grandma Josephine made me cry. Thank goodness, everyone survived when I played through ILB.
@@misteranonymous5616 even if I spent on one character the lowest nerve person will die. I think strategically balancing is better. I saw group nerve has a limit after which no one dies if it's higher than that. Well it doesn't matter PB won't continue it lives series anymore...and I don't see any reason to finish my second time on the book. At least they r still alive..
@@jorjorbanks8876 Yeah it plays at the end of the book and by that time i was mentally exhausted (that book was relentless) so it nearly drove me to tears.
Omg, when Logan leaves so that MC can have a life free from crime. This makes me so emotional, Pixelberry, if you are reading this, we need Ride or Die 2 with a good ending. The ending of 1st installment was so sad.
I really want a sequel but it was a perfect bittersweet ending. You can't always get what you want, you can't juggle both lives as a certain character found out the hard way. Sometimes things aren't meant to be, you shouldn't necessarily throw your life away for love. MC had so much ahead of her, some bad decisions and a questionably stable relationship (just a few weeks I think?) weren't worth abandoning the future she wanted. Logan has my respect for his restraint and selfless love. Sometimes it's best to part ways. The love was there but they were at different stages of life, going very different, incompatible directions. It was for the best. Still stung.
I've been looking for this for ages since I heard it in ILB. It took me forever to get through that final scene when the MC dies, this music just made the scene 10x worse and more heartbreaking! A Choices story has never affected me so hard.
This music was also added w ‘ride or die’ s chapter 16 where i last meet with Logan. I literally cried for hours like. This music brings those emotions which are unexplainable. After I finished the book ‘ride or die’ I honestly was very upset. Because the book touched my heart. The story line, Logan and his crew and especially Logan, they were a big part of my life. Ik it sounds silly of me being so emotional with a fictional character but what can I say? Logan’s character is truly damn amazing and I just loved it. I’m really looking forward to seeing ‘ride or die’ book two. Hopefully pixelberry will make another book of ‘ride or die’. Anyways, best wishes!
@@rumanatarafder616 i think they’re referring to when you can choose to either become the goddess or do good. which if you choose to become a goddess before they make you restart from the checkpoint they kill your li.
I love the sadness in this song. It has sadness but some romance in it as well as resolve - clarity, closure. Like, it is what it is and I've come to terms with that. I've downloaded it because I love it that much. Been looking for this song ever since I heard it in ‘It Lives Beneath’.
Near the end when you're in lake right!?? To me, the scenery + vibes of this song made it feel bittersweet and also peaceful that one could decide to take a rest in that place forever 😇
I just ran into this randomly the title hit me really hard left behind that is how I feel every day of my life someone that I love Long a ago may her soul Rest In Peace
Whenever I hear this. It reminds me of the scene when Gaius kills us and when we die in our LIs arms. My main LI is Adrian so I died in his arms. That moment was so emotional.
BECAUSE you have to get hurt, emotional hurt, so the monster inside you will rise, evevn you in the reallife, you will want to kiil Rehya so bad! I hate why it have to be like that👌
@@bellenight6123 same. I love the idea of rheya killing one of MC's companions to show the darkness that's been lurking inside of her. But it only being Jax or Lily is really unfair and it turned me off. This is coming from someone who absolutely loved both characters. I was much closer to them than I was to kamilah or adrian- not saying they deserve to die, I'm just saying it's not fair.
Whenever I listen to this, a movie passes inside my head: kaneko's car flying in slow motion, colt screaming at the top of his lungs, MC holding him tight on the motorcycle... oh God... it's gut wrenching.
It lives beneath! Man it was hard to survive through the coffin... the first time, I had failed. But then I managed the second time and kicked richard's ass! Edit: lol I mean richard at that moment i'd forgotten his name 😂
Dakota with in a heartbeat, They could have Dakota survived cancer. Sad. This sometimes makes me think don't take life for granted and don't take people for granted. In this life nothing is forever sadly. If you wait too long for something or someone you can lose it in a blink of an eye.
THIS OST HURTS ME THE MOST!! Always reminded me of when Bloodbound MC died because of Gaius... And then if you bought the Diamond scene about staying late to talk with Gaius in Bloodbound 3, this ost plays. Then by the end of our conversation with Gaius. He continued to say "If we'd met in another life... I think things could've been different." I JUST CANT OKAY, EVERYTIME I REMEMBER ABT IT MY HEART SINKS, PB IS DOING A GREAT JOB ON PLAYING WITH MY EMOTIONS HERE
unpopular opinion or just me but TRR is literally the most boring book and yet it gets to be continued. i loved all the supernatural and mystery books so much.
@@ericahoang2742 I think TRR is beloved considering how many books there are but PB seems to way underestimate how popular their fantasy/mystery/adventure books are.
@@Erayerden I think RoD came before ILB and PM2. After the first books in their respective series. I think this song had its debut in PM. Could be wrong.
Pixelberry: I’m wondering what the behind the scenes story is with the music. Who creates it, is it a “house writer” or do you take submissions from everyone?
Two of my faves and earliest books. I think the order I played was Bloodbound, then It Lives, then AME (needed something bright and silly to break up the darkness), then RoD, then Perfect Match. The good ol' days. 😂
Perfect Match was fine but PM2 really won me over, had flaws like any Choices book but absolutely loved it. Hayden was sweet but underwhelming for me in the first book but I'm so glad I stuck through with them in PM2, one of my favorite romances. Even if I did decide to gender and race bend. 😂 Definitely intend to replay one day and romance Damien. I could go poly since everyone has potential but I'm never comfortable with it, always feels bad. 😅
