We followed the procedure in toto and prepared. Quite good results we got. We found, the Sugar is more in the last step. 2 table spoons Sugar is enough, according to us. Over all, this is the best Khaman we prepared.

You can replace it with 1 tsp of lemon juice but nimbu ke Phool or citric acid works good and gives best result.Thankyou for watching. Plz like share and subscribe 😊

Mam kadai mei pani kitna dala apne.bahut kam lag raha hai mera to pani evaporate ho jata hai jaldi.apka dhokla to marvrellous bana hai.besan ka brand bhi pls bataiye
