I tried these today and it's hands down best recipe for pancakes! They're soft, fluffy and sweet. Thank you for sharing! A couple of things: use low heat, a good pan and think about that amount of sugar. I doubled the recipe but instead of using 2/3 of sugar I took 1/2 cup and they were still really sweet. So if you don't have a sweet tooth or are cooking a sweet topping like a syrup or something to put on top of this you better cut down the sugar a little bit.

This is the worst pancake ever i eat. You should try this recipe that i give. Comment to me after try this. Better than this recipe. 2 eggs 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 glass of water Milk 1.5 cups of flour (a little more can be added) 1 packet of baking powder 1 packet of vanilla For the first baking, slightly oil the pan.

That batter is too too smooth! Pancake batter should be thick and airy. Never overmix pancake batter as your pancakes will always turn out flat, lifeless, chewy, dense and tough! Only mix until just combined!

The great secret of perfect pancakes is to add some plaster to the dough. It seems to be creepy but it works in amazing way. Pancakes are fluffy, springly and they don't fall apart. The german chef has revealed me this trick.

It's a really good recipe, just out it on low heat so it cooks in the inside! Do not put it high so it cooks faster it will be raw and it will burn. Loved these pancakes tho lol!
