This is the best video I just brought this machine and it didn't really explain anything found your video and set it all up perfectly cheers mate very helpful!
Hello, im a new dad & needed a bit of guidance on how to set it up, by far this is the most well explained video I could find! I can now make my son his bottles in a few minutes! Thanks buddy😊
Hi Rari, glad you found this useful. I also have a video on how to do a filter change so hopefully that will help when the time comes. Best of luck with the new member of the family, hope it goes well. Thanks for watching!
Hi Nicole, thanks for the great feedback, glad you found my video useful. I have a video for the filter change coming soon so stay tuned. Thanks for watching.

Bought this yesterday and when I submerged the filter in a bowl, the bowl got covered in black dust that came off the filter. The bottles themselves when made had dust particles floating around. Returned the unit and upgraded to the newer model and guess what, same thing, loads of dust coming off the filter. Have you had the same issue? I don't understand how two machines can have the same problem 😒
Hi, my prep machine water empty light is still on even though it is over the line. Not sure if I messed up as the filter was in during the hot water cleaning process. Any advice you can give?
I've followed step by step up until pressing the main button to run a smaller 'feed' cycle and it's not illuminating or running water through but my temperature light is on, any ideas!
I might be wrong but the temperature light might be on because of the hot weather at the moment. If the water is above 25 degrees it won't dispense water. My temperature light was flickering the other day so hot weather might be causing thermostat to play up or water might be warmer to begin with. Sorry if that's no help. Best of luck!
I did the hot water cleaning cycle but after I put in the filter and cold water for the next part, the power button did not work - did not turn red or dispense hot water - all it did was beep when pressed. Not sure what I did wrong.
Just done this following the video which proved very helpful. Found the temperature of the bottle to be a bit colder than I expected, anyone else found this?
Not sure what to suggest sorry. If you follow the vid and go through the cycles you should be fine. I also have another video on changing the filter - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gxRccH4bX-8.html
I’ve just set mine up and when I put filter in and pressed the power button at the top and then went to press it again and it went red again. Had to press it for a third time and then it went green. So not sure I’ve done it properly now. 🤔
What I meant to say was it went red twice and delivered two hot shots and then went green when pressing it for the third time. Shall I run that process again just incase??
Thanks for the reply xeeshan, I'm a bit late to the party on this reply but yes leave filter in. I've done a video on how to change filter if that helps. Best of luck!
Can I ask when using the boiled water I broke my old one for the water being fresh from the kettle so do you wait for it to cool down from boiling before using?
Not too soon as you don't want the water going stagnant. I would say set up once baby has arrived. I guess it also depends whether you breast feed from day one or go straight to bottle. Either way you'll have time to set it up while the baby sleeps......not! They never sleep. Best of luck with your new arrival.
Not a silly question at all, my baby is due in 8 days & was wondering the same. I will leave until I needthe machine as I would like to try to breastfeed but if I cannot it nice to know that I will be able to make formula feeds 👍
It will once the water has passed through the filter. Once it has add some more water. If the light is still on after that then it's broken! Thanks for watching.
Some problem with sensor or PBC comunication, etc. Disconnect from the power and connect it back. If doesn't work, try to do cleaning program etc. Remove water, container, Clean it up, fill it up etc. If still you have the same problem you need some guy, who knows electronics to fix it or run to service shop.
You should add the formula powder then the hot water shot from the machine. Lid on then shake the bottle. This process sterilises the unsterile powdered formula. Press the machine button again and this will add in cooler water which make the bottle temperature perfect for baby. No need to test the temperature on wrist
What do you mean "sterilizes formula". It will kill all the essential elements in formula, that cannot be heated above 40Celsius. Some formulas, finally have notes you cannot do that.
