I had fibroid removal surgery a bikini cut in 2018. When I try to do the perfect pushup I feel alot of pressure on that bikini cut part though it is healed on the outside do you think maybe because it's still tender and sore within that's why I feel the pressure and muscle pulling pain in that area... because I think if I didn't have that surgery and wanted to learn the push up I could achieve it but because of this I cant.. but dont wanna give up. I wonder if I can put a belly wrap around it somehow?
I have been using these since they first came out. They really work well , and will sculpt your chest and shoulders nicely. The key is to go as slowly as possible when you perform each rep. Superset these with chin ups, and you have a good combo.
I still have mine and can't even remember how old they are now. 10, 15, 20 years? They still work and feel way more intense and effective than a regular pushup. And probably better for your joints.
All these years I've had it in my possession & only now I've realized I've been doing the wrong form that's why I never had the rhythm to go with it & enjoy it. Now that I did them in the right form, I got the hang of it & easily performed 2 sets of 10 reps & got visibly ripped results immediately. This turned out to be one of the best & most underrated & indispensible piece of core workouts I've ever had
I have perfect push-ups I've been doing it ever since I was in school and let me tell you something I got a bigger chest triceps biceps traps back abdominals it really works it challenges you and your muscles to be extremely bigger I encourage anyone to use it it really does work and it helps my back stay in line😊😊😊😊😊😊
Rico You know you can do different types of push-ups and you don’t even need those right I mean that’s what I’ve been doing and I have those but still close grip wide grip it all diamond push-ups do a whole bunch of those
These are very good. Even if the rotation is a gimmick, these things make pushups a lot more comfortable and put less strain on the wrists so for that alone they are worth getting.
Gee G I am getting incredible results with those workouts. I do planks, push-ups, abs exercise and I got so ripped! Even without taking care about right diet and eating extremely heathy!
@@hmuphilly9129 just got them for my college dorm room and they are definitely more difficult. I could do 10 regular pushups in a row, but only like 5 with these. Just looking to get better, but I truly thought I had do e something wrong. Glad I'm not the only one with this feeling.
always have done a lot of pushups for years. caused my wrist to start hurtimg after not many. since I bought the perfect pushup I'm back in the game regular pushups are awful for your wrist mine at least. I was doing hundreds a day but still wish I always used these before
Should do another video like this but tell us which muscles are being used , i come to see which one works lower pecs so I can sculpt them, so if you can tell me if bar or hammer grip works lower pec that would great
Im quite sure nothing here truly hits the lower pecs hard enough. It builds the shit out of your uppers because you can use a chair to do incline, but these are all I have for a home workout, so im kinda disappointed I can't hit decline efficiently
@@hinglemccringleberry9389 yea I found doing dips on a 90 degree tilt hits lower pecs and shapes chest great , just so happens a park by my house I just moved to has a great dip bar there and I see results already
actually 0 - (1/3 x 0) = 0, so if you're doing zero pushups then you are doing both your original amount and also 1/3rd less, AT THE SAME TIME! It's not a lie to say that you're practically doing twice the amount of pushups in the same amount of time that you'd normally do your amount of pushups in.
Hello, when you do ring pushs up, coachs say's to externally rotate the ring at the finish position (for example here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-m8GZlHJulc8.html ). In your video the finish position is very different. In your experience what position is best to relief the elbow ligament (I had a tennis elbow previously)?
Really bizarre I'm from the same town this guy grew up in and my older brother followed the same path went to Kent Highschool then onto the Naval Academy wow small world.... ohhh yea and he rowed heavy crew
Miro markovic I agree but i also disagree in the same time because some people do pushups looking straight some people looking down i think look straight is better because you’re even adding you head weight
