Hello there, folks! How is it going? I hope you are all doing really well and enjoying your Sunday!
There isn’t a whole lot I can say about how I feel about this week’s video. I am still in total awe at how everything turned out. I would consider Torres del Paine National Park to be one of the greatest places on Earth. Regardless of photography, it is a must-visit location and one that MUST be kept as pristine as possible!
I feel like some of the images I captured during this landscape photography workshop in Patagonia are my absolute favorites. Really, they paint themselves! Each location has so much to offer a photographer. From the colossal mountains in Torres del Paine National Park to the wonderful foregrounds you can use to anchor your images. And wow, when the light kicks off as it did for us on the first morning, well, as Mr. Hardcastle ( @fototripper ) would say, "it’s photogasmic"!
I hope I was able to do these locations some measure of justice. I am so humbled by the opportunity to have stood in awe at Torres del Paine National Park, and I very much look forward to going back there!
We were treated to some epic conditions at our photo spots. When the ducks weren’t ruining our reflections on the water and things calmed down, the stillness was pure magic. I love a good reflection image, and how these all came together far exceeded any and all expectations I had.
Torres del Paine National Park in Chile, thank you for being there and for giving us the chance to capture the beauty you hold. Long may it last!
