sage is the easiest to do because sometimes he’ll spawn in as stuck in the floor, and you can just shoot him and he doesn’t even fight back

Bro really just destroyed ithor's ears Edit: as i can see, a perfect run in item asylum is basically beating the bosses without dying once (good that its not a no hit)
