Valve Master has provided us with a full titanium exhaust system to fit onto this G87 M2 to show you guys how to install it properly and how it sounds in both valves open and valves closed settings.
This exhaust system, being titanium, really helps shed weight off the cars overall curb weight. We were also pleased with how effective the muffler portion was when operating the vehicle in valves closed setting.
Overall we at Vile Motorsports prefer the weight savings advantages and quick cooling attributes the titanium system has over the steel counterparts. The tone emitted from the axleback portion of this full titanium system has an exotic note that cannot be replicated with heavy steel systems.
But, come on, lets be real. The reason that takes priority over all others when choosing a titanium exhaust system is the ability to run titanium exhaust tips without looking like a poser. =)
Don't put ///M badges on non ///M cars and don't put titanium exhaust tips on a steel exhaust system, those are the rules gentlemen... and ladies...
