I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. Although my channel is mostly known for dance analysis, I am currently inactive in the dance community.

Whenever Junghwan starts the song and Jaehyuk ends it it always hit, like that’s the same formula in I love U, JikJin and Bona Bona, imo they really seem like the centers of treasure. And I’m so proud of them because they went from being the “least trained” in treasure box to shine a lot in treasure

He (Jaehyuk) is indeed getting the attention now, but looking back during the YGTB days, he was the least chosen by anybody. That's why my heart is weeping everytime I hear a good feedbacks about him. He and Junghwan are my Biases since then. 🥰❤️

Im not expert in dance but i think Jaehyuk improved so much in dancing in terms of the execution. He really had so much swag now when dancing, his techniques may not be as skilled as Jihoon or Hyunsuk but his confidence is as he execute his moves is shining. It’s so far from his Treasure Box era, so proud of him.

More likely they make 2 different recordings and combine in 1 video. That's why can see different outfits.

Please watch the full cam version of Treasures performance in music shows. Its not a moving cam you will be able to see the whole choreography.

I do get what you're saying about hoping that they could have uploaded a fix version cause I also want that too hehe. But I think in these two videos they used to edit the DP video, they were practicing not just the dance but the whole performance aspect together with how the camera would be angled. Am saying this cause I just watched their performance in mcountdown and the angles used are so similar, if not exact same, to how the camera is framed here. It is also common for yg, and I think kpop in general, to practice these aspects as part of the dance practice for the performance for music shows

That's also what I don't like in this specific dance practice. Their other ones are okay if its a moving cam but I think for this one it didn't work for the advantage of the choreography. I guess the comment that its used as a guide for how they film their performance is the reason but I wish they would just have a separate video for that and dance practice are just a fix cam version. SM does that for some of their groups. Anyway, thanks for reacting.

This choreo is just FIRE🔥 5:20 totally agree about the camerawork! I also wish it was a fixed cam. I always feel like dance practice videos should be fixed cam. I want to focus on the whole choreo without the unnecessary camera movements. And even if they want to post a moving cam version, imo there should still be a fixed one. that way it’s also easier for those who want to learn the choreo.

nah fr😭 this one dance practice video is THE WORST I've seen from yg, it is horribly edited, like... Treasure gave us such an exquisite and energetic choreography for THIS kind of dance practice video...😭😭 I just hope they perform on studio choom so we can see a visually-pleasant performance🙏🙏

About the camera work.... I think they just want to show some other "tvs cameraman" how to shoot the move. Because from the previous music work, some tvs camera always shot them awful, and after that YG always do this camera work on rehearsal.. that's what on my mind~

I feel your point with the editing and zooming in the dance practices... I mean, isn´t the point of it to watch the dance? xD That´s why sometimes I prefer the fancams of livestages more, but there you cannot focus so much on the dance all the time (and you can probably not react to it because of copyright...)

At first at the premiere of this dance practice, I was in awe with the transition of them chaning clothes. But at the second watch, it didn't feel satisfying anymore 😭 cause Idk somehow the transition doesn't appear anymore. lol.. but I enjoy this DP so much despite the camera work is weird

The other problem with this framing is cover dancers or people who just want to learn the choreography can’t see what’s going on with the feet, it kind of defeats the purpose for these type of dance practice videos
