In this video, I show a good 6 volt generator's outcome with the motor test. It is a quick and easy way to tell if your generator has the potential to produce current. As always, remember to work safe and use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. Since this procedure can produce electric sparks, remember to keep all flammable liquids, fumes, and materials away.
