Even from the very beginning you didn't rod each lift and tap the bowl with the mallet. instead placed it all in one lift?

Are supposed hit the pot with the mallet. I was told not to for testing.

I was taught to give the pot a firm hit with the mallet as you're depressing the valve (red lever on top in video) to get the air to the top.

I've never been taught to use the mallet after you put the lid on

At work we don’t hit the pot after lid is on just tap the gauge after pumping to equalize pressure then depress plunger and write down reading

Wrong all wrong you are supposed add 3 scoops concrete tamp it then 3 taps repeat another 2 times then smooth the top off
