Hi !! Amazing video ! One question: Initially you described to define infarct core by decreased CBV. But later rCBF < 30% was used as the marker of infarct core. Mismatch being defined by Tmax and CBF. Shoudnt Mismatch be defined by CBF And CBV difference to truly differentiate bw infarct core and penumbra ???
