this is a value heavy spot in general. it's always 7x or TT.

They regularly play the 7-2 game on this stream. He shouldn't ever have it because he doesn't have the patience to check the boat 2x. But he can have it once in a while.

I think you missed how unlikely it is for Dylan to hold a seven. He called a 3b and then a flop bet on T22... what sevens can he have? Ac7c is the only guaranteed one. Maybe he floats As7s too or 7c8c. So really it's not many - you're also right there's also very little 2x too. But I wouldn't be surprised if he IS merging with a T here a ton. If that's the case he has way more Tx hands when he pots river. Is a T folding to a 35k raise? Maybe, maybe not. But i imagine it's always folding to a 10x jam. So yeah.. if he's merging with a T here a ton it actually becomes not terrible IMO. If he isn't then obviously it is.

The check on the turn was smart by Dylan In my opinion. He sense that Taras was weak becasue Taras wouldn't slow down and check out of position with a good hand the way he plays. When you check back the turn you invite the bluff from a player like Taras.

I never understand why when the pot is small or minimal guys find a way to get it in makes zero sense to me risking your stack for tiny pot 😂

This is a great example of how you can been well studied and know what to do in every spot but unless you actually apply it/execute correct play IN GAME then all that knowledge is useless, just like on tilt if you dont have that control thats required IN EVERY SINGLE HANDLE, then any edge you had over your opponents you can lose in EV and then some in the odd hand especially in deep games and big pots!

It would be really interesting to know what Charlie thought when having the idea of making this video. He pokes the Polk by going after his main poker related income source. Doug would have a lot of trouble putting highstakes streams together without Taras, and he wins money from him. Charlie knows that, and he also must know that there most likely will be a response from Doug very soon. And it clearly seems intentional as he doesnt speak that bad about sammyjazzykins or TonyG in his streams. So, why is Charlie going after Taras/Doug now?

No, you don't have to call 96s in the BB facing a LJ open and BU flat. You said it yourself, you're out of position vs two players. When calling in the BB in a multiway scenario you need to be choosing hands that are much stronger than your normal BB flatting range vs opener's position.

Regardless of what you think he’s a multi millionaire and playing daily on live streams and I’m sure this doesn’t hurt his pocket change

You just CANNOT make big mistakes in games this deep! Otherwise its literally impossible to be a winning player long term, you just cant make up the EV lost in Them big pots over time, especially after rake, doesnt matter what your edge may be!

7:34 i have to disagree with this river analysis that Taras cant have anything good here as he didnt bet the turn, if he 3 bet 78s pre, he is always c betting T22 with back door flush and straight draws and ranbe advantage, then he hits 7 on turn, he nearly always checks turn OOP, so he has all the 7x on river, i think alart from bluffs, 7x is his most likely value hand? Am i missing something here charlie? PLUS his opponents has very very few strong hands here! Especially as played!

Against wacky people like this I think you close your eyes and call, he will still have you beat sometimes with crazy hands like maybe 77, T7, or TT just the super nuts, but he is way over bluffing this spot and as discussed probably doesn’t do this with a naked 7 much and potentially not even the other value hands as well.
