This makes me feel better because all my friends have hit puberty, have gotten their periods and have a bigger chest. I feel like im not growing at all and it makes me insecure.. But this helps so much ❤
I got my 2nd now, like a few minutes ago, i dont know when it came, I just went to pee. My first one I got 136 days ago, I’m 11 btw. My sister is my comfort zone when it comes to periods. She’s so kind and I love her sm. Now Ik my body is right and I’m good. I’m kinda embarrassed by it, but I know I should not be. Does anybody have any tips?
@@NutellaGrilwear pads! they're much better then tampons but if u want u can still wear tampons don't eat spicy foods, sugary foods, or cold drinks. it will hurt ur stomach if u have intense cramps get a heated towel and place it on ur stomach don't be embarrassed it's normal for girls! also get help from ur mom or ur sister, they will help u:)
I was actually 9 when i got my first period i was struggling and stressed also my mom had to aware my teacher and i was like embarrassed bc my teacher pulled me to aside in the middle of math right after she got off a phone call but she was very kind and understanding i actually started crying and my friends kept on asking me what's wrong but i just said I'm having a really bad day😢😢
i thinked about that too like 3 months ago it was the first day of ramadan my period said peekaboo i was calm as fuck i still dont know why but i was so calm 😭 im 14 btw
I got my first period when I was in cram school. I was 13. It was just a brown-ish spot so I'm not sure what it is back then. My tutor was a woman, so I asked her. She was being so nice by giving me a pad and tell me I could leave early if i want to since first time period sometimes could be overwhelming. Ofcourse I took her offer and went home early. My mother, on the other hand seemed displeased with that. "It's just a period you don't have to skip cram school for that"
@@heartlake9846 I was 11 too,and same happend to me,it was Friday and I was like :it's not period,I shouldn't freak out,but then on Sunday my body was like:poofff you gettin' it😜 So I REALLY suggest you to tell your mom, even if it's not your period, still tell her ,so she is prepared,yk to buy pads and stuff, and I was awkward too,but you have to have courage to tell her!Good luck!
Got mine at 12 years old, and it happened at my brother's gymnastics competition . My mom didn't have anything for suppliesfor me, and I was way too scared to ask a stranger. My mom told my dad that I wasn't feeling very good and that I had gotten my period and my dad was so understanding and cool about the whole thing. He even said that my mom should just take me home. So I could feel better and get what I needed. I love my parents so much for just supporting me and making me feel as comfortable as they could.
That girl that said 6 needs an Oscar Edit 1: okay Ik I’m kinda getting hate comments but like I’ve never gotten this much likes edit 2: OMG I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS MUCH LIKES TYSM
Same I was in holiday on the last day of my holiday I had my period I went to the bathroom I was thinking I'm dying I had it at 10 I still have my period I'm still 10 year old
I got it 4 days after my 11th birthday - I was lucky it was at home! I was about to start secondary school a couple weeks after and I can only imagine how badly that could’ve gone...
I got mine at 11,and don't be afraid,it is easier when you are older, but if you get it at younger age like 9-10-11 it's fine too,DW,it's not that scary,I mean first few months it's weird, and pads could be too big for you,and it could be scary at first, awkward talking abt it,but overall when you are talking abt it with your friends, relating on same thing and remembering your first period,it's worth of ,, trauma"
One of my friends got the first period at six they got took an away because the doctors thought they were being abused. Don’t worry they’re back home now.
I got my first period when I was 10 years old. It’s funny because my mom had gave me the talk a few days before, and warned me of seeing brown and red stains in my underwear. And then when it happened while I was using the bathroom, MY MOM WAS SLEEP. I didn’t know what to do so I used tissue as a pad and took a shower. When I came out my mom finally woke up and bussed out the pads from the closet😂 had to wear a maxi pad because that was the only pads we had🥲 but it was so awkward going to school knowing that it’s that time. I was so worried that people could see the pad sticking out my pants or seeing a stain on my chair. But safe to say I wasn’t the only girl😅
I can totally relate! My mom only has the bigger pads. That didn't fit my underwear so well, and it was really uncomfortable. I was so afraid that people would notice, but actually, it wasn't all that bad. And nobody noticed
I got mine when I was 11 and didn't tell anyone not even my mom.She found out when I was 13 years old.. And know I'm 14 and I also worry that people would notice me when I'm in my period
Goshhh you are literally an angel...thank you for socialising with people and normalising this thing....this society really needs some grinding, and exposure in this topic....💗
How is erveyone my age getting their period and I'm just sitting in my room searching "how to get your period early" I'm 11 and I still haven't gotten it
Got mine at 13, but one of my friends was like 7/8 was at school and even the school freaked a little thinking it was something else, it happens just isnt common
I honestly love hearing when other people got their periods. I didn’t get mine until I was 16 and I thought I was weird but I was still grateful I didn’t have it yet 😭 and now I get the absolute worse cramps when I have a period cause I have PCOS 😔
@@nova.the.panda.4294 oh boi, yea I would get a blood test for it. it’s the easiest way to get tested for any hormone imbalances. And PCOS is under the umbrella of intersex as well people don’t like to hear that but oh well the human body isn’t just one thing or another. We are nature and nature is whacky sometimes
I got mine really really young dude- I had to be taken to the hospital because they didn’t know what it was, then my parents got interrogated because it could’ve been abuse ;-; then the doctor found out it was just my period :’D
I was around 14 and a 1/2 when I got mine, probably because I was quite skinny. Genuinely don’t worry about getting it later than others it’s completely natural :)
Omg girl I’m JELOUSSS 😢 it’s totally ok, and normal to not have it at 14, my friends sister got hers at 16. The later you get it, the more years you can spend pain-free and worry free!
@@zahrxh_ here are some ways to know your first period is coming: Ask your mom how old she was Usually your period starts 2 years after breast development begins You can take an online quiz (don't rely on it fully)
I got my period when I was 9, it was 28 October, I was in the bathroom and something felt different. I saw my underwear bloody and called my mom. I was shocked and started panicking and I even started crying. My mom told me that it was normal and that I became an real lady. Then my mom told it to all the girls in the family that had period
I got my period when I was 11 it all started when I was using the bathroom taking a shower but then after I got out I noticed this red stuff I didn't really know what it was at first so I told my sister and she told my mom and they thought it was probably my period coming.
Hey Jenna you are like a older sis for me...❤😂 Love you soo much 🌈🎀🎀🎺 So I have a question ⁉️ why do I get my periods twice a month and why I didn't feeling any pain on first day but feel it when its 4th day 😢😊
Hey queen aww that’s so kind ! I love being here to help! How long have u been getting your period for? Defs the first few years your period can be a bit random like that! And you may feel it more on day 4 because your muscles are working harder to get the last of your period 💖🩸 hope that helps xxx
My 1st was very interesting I got it when i was 10 and I had a heavy flow that lasted for 3 weeks and almost went on the pill if it didn't stop after 4 weeks
Hey queen thanks for your questions hope you’re okay! For the first few years of your period, your body is still working itself out and I once had no period for 6 months when I was 13 so don’t stress it’ll come on and off for a little while ! If you’re really concerned u can always chat to a female adult you trust or a doctor 😘💖💖 but take it from me it sounds like you’re fine xox
I hoped I get access to this kind of information, I had my first period at 14 and I thought I was the weird one as sex ed all said it starts at 12... 😅
