I bought the high waste heavy flow, the one with the full gusset. Overnight is usually my worst time. I never sleep because I am always so nervous that I am going to leak past the pads. I usually leak to the back. Like, the blood skips the whole dang on pad and hits the very back of my panties, which is so angering! I really liked the high waste heavy flow ones, for overnight. I watched this to see about the overnight short, to see how people like it. I would love to see the gusset on the short. thank you for this video.

Hmm. I really only need one or two heavy panties. On my heaviest days, I only go through the equivalent of two, maybe three regular pads. They claim nine pads worth, but I only need three pads worth for the first two nights and second day. Even if the brief could be a backup for a pad at night, that would work for me. I already have fabric pads I'm happy with for the days after that.

Hey! So their website explains that period blood doesn’t have a strong smell on its own. It’s the mixing of chemicals or fragrances in pads that causes the period to smell. So using period-panties should always be fresher than a chemical pad. Personally, I had no issues with smells when I tried them.
Have you experienced a "gush" in these? I use a menstrual cup but I wear period underwear just in case my cup leaks so I wonder how these do for a sudden flow.
I think with the bikini underwear would hold up better with a cloth pad or disposable pad. I say this because I am a transman and had a history of menstrual bleeding in my past.
I got a size small in the bikini. And a size youth-large in the shorts (they were out of the women’s small at the time). I would usually wear a small. Hope this helps!
