I have a full 8 day heavy period so i do go through menstrual hygiene products alot quicker than majority of women unfortunately 😅 Tonia has actually taught me alot about tampons, i used to change my tampon every 4-5 hours but now every 2-3 hours every since you’ve properly educated me on TSS, thank you for helping me, i may be 20 and I’ve had my period since i was 11 but you’re never an expert on managing your period lol 🤣🤣🤣
I deal with heavy bleeding during my periods. I've recently switched to tampons and my periods now are not as painful. (I have sensory issues and with pads I can feel myself bleeding) i've thought about getting a hysterectomy as I also never want children but I don't think I should. I also don't wanna go on the pill because I would have to take it at the same time everyday which seems like a pain even though lots of women do it. Hysterectomy is risky and can cause hormonal imbalances. I've also thought about getting a cup. But a cup seems hard to insert and remove. Tampons seem like the best option.
