Hey lovely, totally with you on the PMS cravings! something I learned a few weeks ago though is that our bodies need around 250-300 MORE calories in the luteal phase (so PMS time!) because our metabolisms speed up so much. I was mind-blown by this! :O so by all means honour those cravings (I still do!!) but also to feel satisfied for longer go for nutrient dense, slow release carbs and extra protein!
