I made this video to show that education and information should be readily available to all. Some will say men or women shouldn't learn XYZ but at the end of the day, learning drives understanding. I hope this video helps with the stigma of letting problems of another gender be just that. I was limited to online resources for the information in this video but if I missed the mark on anything please do share below. I did not know more than half of this tbh, great video Enzo Also I heard a lot of women’s periods sync up with the moon phases or with each other if they spend too much time together

Those claims are based on a very, very outdated study (McClintock *1971*💀) that somehow got way too much publicity. It has since been proven that there is no correlation between menstrual cycles and moon phases/close proximity with other women. I think it's quite compelling since there is really only one study that claims that there is correlation and many that claims there isn't.

if I get my monthly visitor also don't always get it every month I do not really get Cramps here and there's sometimes but not always if I do I just take the pain 🙃

@@EnzoElaborates yes sometimes not always when I got my first or second or third period my mom said I need to put something hot on my stomach cuz then helps with the cramps or if i do get cramps i should do that
