कोर्ट बनी ही है महिलाओ को उनके अधिकार दिलाबे को! मजिस्ट्रेट साहब ने सायद जल्दी जल्दी मे पढ़ाई करली की अगर 125 आये तो लगाना है आंख बंद करके सच या झूठ doesn't matter😢😂

Appki baat sahi hai lekin jab tak proper kanun na ban jaaye tab tak sab kuchh bekaar hai. Humare Judges bhi bahot achhe game player hai, ye log majority cases me maintenance dete hai aur bich me 3-4 cases me maintenance nahi dete. Aur ye sab dekh kar hum samajhte hai ki nyaay milta hai lekin pura nyaay-tantra isi tarah sabhi ko bevkuf banata hai.

सर,plz replay मेरा फॅमिली कोर्ट से डिव्होर्स हो चुका हे. बिवी ने maintanse की माग के लिय पहिले से उसके मयके से केस दाखल की हे, अब तक maintainse की order. परित हूआ है. लेकीन बिवी अब काही तो जॉब कर रही है ओर उसने चुपके से शादी की हे, मगर उसका कोही पुरावा ,(evidanse) नही मिल रहा. अगर Maintanse की ऑर्डर के बाद , पुलीस चौकसी ,(police enquari ) कर सकते है क्या नही ?? उसके स्टेप्स कैसे है

पुलिस पति की प्रथमिकी नहीं लिखती, पत्नी के जॉब करने का प्रमाण देने पर भी court उसे तोड़ मरोड कर पति के खिलफ आदेश करती है, सब illegal gratification का खेल है,

Sir I file 340 in 125 and in dv but in 125 principle judge disposed my application and said both parties provide fresh income affidavit and on pressure we file fresh income affidavit and Jude dispose our 340 but it the same petetion on same ground on education it is pending in dv now what we do

Sir, in my case husband said unemployed in affidavit..through RTI i got his latest monthly income as 1.5lakhs..and I filed 340 1 yeard back...court has neither gave Interim maintenance for our 2 minor kids who are residing with me nor took any action on 340..125 crpc was filed by me 3 yrs back..just dates were being given..what should i do..

सर मैने अपनी वाइफ के खिलाफ crpc 125 का केस फैमली कोर्ट में जीता था यानि कि कोर्ट ने मेरी पत्नी का crpc 125 का केस dismis कर दिया था केस डिसमिस होने से पहले ही मैने 195 340 का केस अपनी पत्नी के खिलाफ 6 डॉक्यूमेंट्री evindeses सहित दर्ज करवाया इन सभी 6 गवाहों की इसी कोर्ट में गवाही करवाई और ये सभी अलग अलग विभाग से सरकारी कर्मचारी थे, 125 का केस तो डिसमिस हो गया लेकिन 195 340 अभी तक चल रहा है इस बात को 1 साल से भी ज्यादा समय व्यतीत हो गया है मैने 7वे सबूत के तौर पर 125 crpc के जजमेंट की सर्टिफाइड कॉपी भी लगाई है ,सर कोर्ट कुछ नहीं कर रही क्या मैं सीधा पंजाब एंड हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट में पेश हो सकता हूं क्योंकि मैं रोहतक से हु और रोहतक कोर्ट में ही केस किया हुआ है प्लीज सर आप यथा शीघ्र जवाब देने का प्रयत्न अवश्यंभावी करें धन्यवाद

भ्रस्ट न्याय प्रणाली illegal gratification से ग्रसित है, court पति कों जेल भेजनें में देर नहीं करती लेकिन पत्नी के खिलाफ धारा 340 CrPC की कार्यवाही नहीं करती

मेरी पत्नी एक शपत पत्र मे बोल रही है की शादी के एक महीने बाद हंम दोनो के बिच कोई संतान नहीं हुआ तो मेरा पती अपने साथ रखने से मंना कर दिया और दुसरे शपत पत्र मे लिखती है शादी के कुछ महीने के बाद मये गर्भवती हुई तो मेरा पती और उसके घर वाले लोग इतना तकलीफ किऐ की मेरा बचचा खराब हो गया

100% सही । मेरी बहु ने असत्य जानकारी के शपथ पत्र दिया था तो बहस में जज साहब ने उस पर कोई कार्यवाही न कर वापस लेने का बोल दिया ।
