That's mostly injuries though. He was actually a solid post player until he tore his Achilles in the 2010 Finals. He was never the same after and got hurt a lot after.

He's been defending Load Management since 2016 when he took a day off after game #10 to START the season. How tf was he tired after 10 games?!
