Salamat. Naguguluhan ako kasi wala tlaga ako alam about UK and Ireland, I got younger na dito sa Middle East and eventually narealize ko uuwi ako pinas ng nakanganga pag nagtagal pako dito. Got IELTS NMC applic, and then met another agency offering Ireland. How to decide po kaya? Hope someone here has the same experience like me. God bless Nurse Mandible.

I think depende po sa employer ung benefits and opportunities ng ibang healthcare professionals. Based on my experience po during OET exam, mag rerefer po kayo ng patient sa iba't ibang healthcare professionals.. pwede pong: [1] Charge nurse ng different ward [2] ER nurse ng ibang hospital [3] Social worker sa community [4] Physical therapist po sa community [5] Community health nurse [6] Nurse sa nursing home [7] Dietician po sa hospital [8] Specific profession po ng doctor, like kapag Cardiologist po - irerefer niyo po yung troponin or d-dimer levels; kapag po Endocrinologist - hihingin po yung blood sugar and insulin. Halo halo ma'am base na rin po sa pagkakatanda ko at pati na rin sa mga nasabi ng ilan kong kaibigan. Sana po makatulong kahit papano. God bless on your journey! Stay safe and healthy :)

Based po sa NMBI website ("www.nmbi.ie/News/News/Changes-to-criteria-for-non-Directive-Overseas-app"), ang requirement na lang po dito sa Ireland eh OET/IELTS. > Nurses will no longer need to provide evidence of 12 months practice in the past five years - known as Recency of Practice - and; > Nurses will no longer need to have active registration with a regulatory body in another country. So yes, possible po na magkaroon ng employment dito sa Ireland :D Depende na lang po sa ibang employers ung ibang requirements. Hello Ma'am Lovely, wala pong definite time or months para po makuha ang family since depende po yun sa nurse qualification, requirements and/or documents ng dependents. According po sa website ng INIS dito sa Ireland, ("www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Join%20Family"), you can expect that your application will be dealt with within 6 months of receipt of all required documentation. Malaking tulong po sa application niyo lalo na kapag dumating na po yung Critical Skills Working Permit :) For more information ma'am, I highly recommend po na mag join kayo ng FB page namin dito, just search lang po, "Filipino Nurses in Ireland." Hello Ma'am Shaiine, good day! Sa tingin ko po ma'am, pwede po kayo makapasok sa mga nursing homes dito sa Ireland. Kelangan niyo lang po sguro ma meet pa ung ibang requirements ng employer. Yung ibang ginagawa po ng ibang nurses, nag aapply po sila initially sa nursing home and then mag transfer po sa hospital after their contract. Regarding po sa 2 years gap niyo, pwede niyo po yun i-explain sa NMBI upon submitting your application. Naiintindihan naman po nila yun bsta po ma eexplain lang ng maayos. Pero Ma'am, magiging honest lang po ako sa inyo ha, ang requirements po ng NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) eh: [1] 1-year hospital experience [2] OET / IELTS So bali po kahit may 4 years kayo na experience sa clinic set up, may mga employers po sguro na mas pipiliin yung mga nurses na nag trabaho po sa hospital. Pero alam ko po, mas lenient sila kung sa nursing home po kayo mag apply. Hello po Ma'am Maricel, good day! From April 1 to March 31 next year, meron po tayong 6 weeks annual leave. It means na pwede mo gamitin yung 6 weeks na annual leave po but it is accumulated, meaning as you work each month, may accumulated na annual leave ka and bayad po yun. On the other hand, yung airline ticket po is depende sa employer mo :D Under Chesham po ako, covered po ng agency yung pag uwi ko ng Pinas (as long as after 2 years) na worth 800 euros. So kung mag book ka ng ticket mo, make sure na more than 800 euros para ma reimburse ng buo. Hello po Sir Hazz, good day! I passed OET po nung July 2018, nag apply for a job sa Chesham and nakapasa po ng interview nung October. While looking for an employer, I also applied for a decision letter sa NMBI. December 2018 - nagkaroon na po ako ng decision letter and I was listed for adaptation. While waiting for vacancy and update from Chesham, ayun po Thank God nakaalis naman ng September 2019. Hello po. Yes po they are also accepting those nurses na nasa ganyang field. You just have to provide a detailed job description and specialisation in that area. Kung wala pong hospital na posibleng tumanggap, pwede po mag-apply sa nursing home and then mag-transfer po sa hospital after your contract :) I hope nakatulong po kahit papano :)

Hndi ko lang po sure kung ilang months po ung inaaccept nila. You can also try to apply sa ibang agencies po like Kate Cowhig (kapartner po ng Abba abroad), CPL healthcare or Chesham Recruitment agency. You can also try po sa mga agencies like Adaptive HVM and CCM recruitment. If hndi po makakapasok sa hospital, pwede naman po mag apply for nursing home muna. Hello po Ma'am Maricel, good day! Yes po pwede na po kayo mag hanap ng employer. Most employers will require DL prior to offering a Job Offer, but my experience with Chesham is different po. Bali, nag interview po muna kami with the employers and then nung nakapasa, tska po kami tinulungan with the step-by-step process with DL. I highly recommend ma'am to secure a job offer first before starting with your DL, sometimes, depende na lang po talaga sa list of employers. Hello po Ma'am Mary Ann, In my point of view, counted po yung volunteer experience + past experiences (while working as a nurse in the hospital) bago po magkaroon ng work gap. Basta po may ma ppresent na certified employment certificate, valid naman po to consider :D Parang ganito po sguro, kung nag trabaho po kayo from 2010 to 2013 (both volunteer + hospital) then nag stop po kayo ng 2014 to 2017, tapos nag decide po kayo bumalik sa hospital ng 2018 to present. So bali po from: [1] 2010 to 2013 = 3 years nursing experience and [2] 2018 to 2020 = 2 years. Total of 5 years nursing experience po ang macoconsider sa application niyo, so sa Level 5 po ng salary sila mag babased for your starting salary here in Ireland. Sa gap po, as long hndi po more than 5 years ang gap and may continuous 1 year bedside hospital experience po, the NMBI will consider your application and you may proceed with processing your decision letter. But, I would like to recommend for you to secure a job offer first from the employer para po maging smooth ung process at hndi po masayang yung pagbabayad niyo ng assessment fee sa decision letter ng NMBI. I hope natulungan ko po kayo kahit papano. Thank you. P.S. Kindly don’t skip ADS. Hello po, wala pong age limit dito sa Ireland, I can say na kahit above 50 eh tinatanggap po nila because the retirement age here is also above 65. May mga agency po na nag pprovide ng free ticket pabalik ng Pilipinas after 2 years stay dito sa Ireland and may visa pa rin po kahit babalik at pupunta ng Ireland. Yung i-bobook niyo po na ticket pauwi ng Pilipinas after 2 years stay will be reimbursed by the hospital. Tuloy tuloy rin po ang pagbibigay ng working visa at usually nirerenew na lang po namin dito every 6 months to every year depending po sa stamp sa passport :D Yun lang po at sana po nakatulong po sa inyo. Based po sa NMBI website ("www.nmbi.ie/News/News/Changes-to-criteria-for-non-Directive-Overseas-app"), ang requirement na lang po dito sa Ireland eh OET/IELTS. > Nurses will no longer need to provide evidence of 12 months practice in the past five years - known as Recency of Practice - and; > Nurses will no longer need to have active registration with a regulatory body in another country. Yung iba pong requirements, depende na lang po talaga sa employer :D Pero sa NMBI po, you can already register and start your DL since no need na po ng hospital experience.
