I have a 2015 model and have enjoyed it ever since I got it. Great MPGs!! great cargo hauler! and there is plenty of interior space .... does not feel like I'm sitting in a compact car....very comfortable.
I love this car and want one so bad! Lol my aunt has an older model, I drove it and fell in love with it. It’s a bright blue color and my nieces call it the blue egg because of the shape. I can’t wait to get my orange egg!
Hey! I love Mazda but I do have many irks with them. Visibility - the A, C (and D) pillars are thick. It's hard for me to maneuver a corner or see where I'm turning with such thick pillars. Also I dislike their cramped interiors for the class. One other complaint is a compromise of their 4-2-1 header used in the engine. It makes the car hood look sleek but the hood is longer. This makes my 2014 Mazda3 difficult to park and I can't see where the front end is touching. I think my first car and only one may be a hatchback. The Honda Fit is perfect for me. Visibility is excellent with lots of glass, thin pillars etc. Room is exceptional, even for a small car. Fit anything is right! As well as length. The engine is small and the hood is short making parking into tight spots a breeze. I passed by a Honda Fit yesterday and the hood is incredibly puny. I appreciate the small dimensions outside but large space inside. One thing might be a turnoff is the nvh and ride. It might (?) be too stiff and loud for me. Oh and pricing. Where I live (Edmonton, Alberta) they want a CVT Fit for $22,000. I can get a 2018 Mazda3 with that money with good options. And pay $1200 more to be in a 2019 Mazda3. CVT Fits should be $16-17k cause my 2014 Mazda3 base was $19k new. Thanks for the videos. :)
Negotiate. 22 is too much for a nicer economy car. Maybe 18,500 for a loaded LX at MOST. if you hammer them a while, they’ll come down. On Black Friday my Honda dealer had well equipped Sport models available for $17k.
It's sad that they are getting rid of the Honda fit...wtf? This is a remarkable car ...so much space and a moonroof as well as great MPG...they are nuts for getting rid of the great car.. shame on them!!!!!!
Nothing but good reviews, but whenever I get a new car I see them everywhere. I have not seen one Fit since I bought mine. Lack of sales mostly it seems.
Hello. I recently bought this car and I had a question. Is there an option and a button in the driver's seat to move the seat to the upper part for those who are shorter and want to have a better view while driving?!
I got the RS trim in the Philippines. Pic; imgur.com/gallery/wsmQQs9 It's like the Sport in the US, but with a different front bumper. It looks really sharp with the gloss black alloy rims and as you said, it's extremely practical. No Honda Sensing in mine, but that wouldn't make my life any easier in Manila' s crazy rush hour traffic anyway. Seats are fine for me though; It could be the seats on the US LX trim are different. The only real negative, would be the poor noise insulation, but I guess more noise insulation material would make the car heavier and then fuel economy would suffer as well as performance. Anyway, I rather drive this than those giant SUV' s over here.
I am jealous you have a DX package option, I’d prefer simpler and cheaper. In the USA it starts at LX trim and $16 grand. I’d love no power windows, is that how DX is equipped?
There is no such thing as DX. They eliminated it a few gens ago. LX is the very base package. If you want to check those options, go to Honda's website or look for specs online.
lance ball what is HS? I wish we had your base DX. How much? You also have a super base Mitsubishi Mirage, jealous.. even though those with equipment are discounted to 10 grand here. How much are base Fits?
lance ball wow? Why sell the Civic? 22k is what my sis in law spent in 17 on the EX loaded. LX models are discounted for $16500 here. I bought a 2015 Scion XB last year for 11 grand. Only 31k miles. They wanted 13 grand but I did not want to pay that much. Kinda lucked out. I love it. Super spacious and zippy with the manual (I was seeking a Toyota product with manual, few around). Fits are great cars. I prefer the rear ward vision over the XBs crummy C pillar blind spot. Honda really worked out the kinks with the 2015 or older CVT trans on later models.
