I always try to shop in little independent shops to support them because as they say " use them or lose them " I really do not like shopping in supermarkets they are always so so busy . Your creativity is innovative! You create a world that we are attracted to in spirit. Psychologically you are showing us there is a different way of being. You relinquish your ego and identity to embrace a much larger community. From the seeds and seedlings you've planted, to the animals that you've created habitat for, to the people that you've embraced locally, as well as across the world, you have expanded your spirit and presence on the Earth. Morning Colette. Watching your latest video has become my favourite way to start the day. Doubly exciting to know that in your pile of envelopes is one addressed to me which I will collect from my local post office. Like you, my little post office depends on local support and it is thriving with the Christmas rush having already begun. The wonderful couple currently running the PO are due to retire and the business is for sale. So if anyone in Ireland wants to emigrate to Australia, you would be made most welcome in my little community. Permaculture is alive and well in this beautiful area, the Sapphire Coast of New South Wales. Not that I want to entice anyone away from your precious Emerald Isle..I may be fifth generation Australian yet I feel my spiritual home is possibly Ireland, the longing is so strong. Thanks again for sharing your life there with us, Colette. So looking forward to my first book from Bealtaine Cottage, imbued with a touch of your generous caring spirit. I so agree with your ethics.. To support those around you, in your community. One of the reasons I prefer to purchase many items from those that produce their own. I enjoy your videos. I love what you have done, in your place. I go to church myself, and even though I Am not of the same mindset regarding the goddess.. I believe deeply in Mother Nature and taking care of the land. Being responsible humans with our earth. I'm planning my own permaculture place here in Northern California... So excited! Thanks for sharing your journey.

When I saw the piles of envelopes and you stated which countries they were going to I said out loud "oh! mine is in there!" (USA) My hubby looked at me as if I were daft until I explained it's the winter book I ordered, a treat to myself. I can't wait til it arrives. I'll wait for a stormy night and snuggle under a warm blanket with a hot cup of tea and enjoy every word. Waiting will take great restraint which I'm not very good at but at least I'll try.
