Yes done people do that, but most people just keep the extensions because it is REAL human hair and once it starts getting too long fir your preference cut them
someone here is short say 3 in and you are installing handmade human hair dreadlocks do you have to crochet all the way to the tip or just wear your hair is connecting with the extending
So when you first install the extensions do you go back and twist his roots or do you wait until the next time? I dont know how to start locs so this is new to me.
It depends on whether he wanted to get retwisted every couple of months or whether he wanted like me to go semi- freeform which in my opinions looks better than both freeform with no maintenance and better than being too manicured, getting your hair retwisted every two months
