Permanent residents of Australia can lose their status if they travel after their 5 year travel facility has expired or if they are outside of Australia when their travel facility expires (watch: • Don't LOSE Your Austra... )
You can also get your permanent residency (PR) cancelled! Some, but not all visas continue to have requirements you must meet even after you become a permanent resident. Your PR can also be cancelled if you previously provided information or documents that were incorrect or fraudulent, and on character grounds. What happens if you face cancellation?

He has done his complete course online. 1st 2 trimester in Australia and the remaining in India. My wife sponsored her nice from Vietnam for a student visa but this person is not interst in school and just want to work cash in hand, all she wants to do is hang with her knew friends we have given her free rent and food for last 2 yrs now and we are fed up with her attitude, she has no respect for Australian laws how can l get her visa cancelled? How about people in Limbo, applied for protection visa been refused and put on sanctions not to be eligible for employer sponsored visa, by the time one realize the technicalities of bridging visa A the immigration would have the application for visa being refused already and put on sanctions under which you can not obtain employer sponsored visa.Referred it to AAT now waiting for AAT response, A long time wait, Please do make a video about it,

I'm repeating Don't trust on any agent just do some research by yourself through immigration website because this process is totally transparent here.

Hi karl i get my partner as de facto from phillipines and we are now 186 visa subclass employer nomination schem, after getting approve with our PR my partner decides to break me up when she arrives her in australia last may 21 2022..is there a way to cancel her visa? Plss karl help me..my partner wants only have work here. She tell me that she dont love me anymore. Its very unfair for me after all my sacrifice spend all my savings to get the PR.
