Nahi Bhai, you cant extend your student visa if your study duration end..Yeah you can convert your visa as working or other visa based on your paper requirements. Also after study if you want to work here you need license. There is license exam for professional jobs like doctor, engineering , lawyers, charted account etc....

No only trv visa for indians after every 5yr needs to renew and pay 33k pesos. First time 1yr then 2 yrs and then 5yrs

Bhai , did you apply? Bcz it needs permanent resident for few yrs but indian dont have PR for PH only TRV

@@IndianoInThePhilippines no i did not but i talked to the office. You dont need to be PR for it. You just need to be living in the Philippines and married for 5 years.

@@ayushdutta1495 I think someone gave you wrong info...I have been living in the PH last 11yrs and for Indian spouse they have only TRV no other options.

@@IndianoInThePhilippines Then you must not have researched or only talked to Bureau of Immigration. The BI does not deal with naturalization. You have to do it through office of solicitor general. Believe me just research Judicial Naturalization and contact an attorney and you will thank me later.

@@harlinsingh2067 Bhai you can apply tourist visa. You need 6 months bank statement, employment certificate and 3yrs IT tax return. These are most important document you need.

Well it is problem with every country not just India. Mostly all asian countries people go to western or other country through illegal documentation. So it is not Indian who make fake document. About immigration there are Oftenly incidents happen with other nationality also but some people really hate one community... It is all over the world fake documents and corruption in the immigration. About asking pervert pictures still it is not about Indian well mostly 70% ladies bars fill with western people...It can also be pervert mentality. I think it is problem with mentality because south east countries are more influence with western because of money exchange rate and ticket for 1st world country...So they give them advantage and more welcome...I think every country has 5-10% bad people so we shouldn't feel bad or judge other country people based on these 10%. Also it is not good to make fake documents, doing illegal things etc.. For me i never had any worst experience in the Philippines. There are small incident but it is normal if you are living in other country..

@@ayushdutta1495 I am not sure if i get you...it doesn't matter which country visa you are holding in case of TRV or PR...as long you have Indian passport..Rules will applicable based on your passport...Yeah there are some benefits on PH tourist visa if you have US, European , AU, NZ, JP and SG visa.

There is no 13a, permanent residence and citizenship for Indians. Indian can apply only trv (spouse) , working nd business (9g) and srrv visa (above +50 yrs).

Hi, ask him to go indian embassy consular office in BGC manila ...it would cost 4k and it takes 4- 5 weeks getting new passport.

In india bcz if indian marry outside India he needs single hood certificate same like in the Philippines.

Bhai only immigration se hi verify ho sakta hai..ye immigration ki website main ja kar "Agenda" option per jis month ko apple kiya tha us month main apne visa number, yeh full name yeh file number se search karo.
