@@NEANABUG First, Shut off the power and make sure you disconnect the battery as well. Now if I remember right, There should be 2 slit on the bottom, use a screw driver to pry open. then take the face off and I think there are screws you can removes.
@@NEANABUG I am sorry, if you don't see any screws that would be holding on to the backplate, I am out of ideas. try pushing the whole thing upwards, maybe it will slide off.
