By an OEM blend door .....the extra money spent is worth it! Peace

Not a bad idea but it's common for the factory ones to have problems. Which causes the need for it to be replaced in the first place

I hear that there is a reset ecalibration step that can be done using the AC controls. The blend motor has a position sensor of sorts so it should know where it is at.
