I used to use this meditation all the time a year ago and then forgot about it. I’ve been using it again because it is the best shifting meditation I have ever done and the only one that works wonders for me every single time! I love this meditation so much!

I used this last night and fell asleep within the first 10 minutes so I will be using this tonight Update: Just used this meditation and I'm still in this reality but I hear nothing... I did feel most of the symptoms listed earlier but I kinda opened my eyes not too long after the hour mark, and I think I might have fell asleep during the affirmations but I remember hearing the number 80! SO CLOSE!!!

Shifting is within my power ..reality is inside and I'm going to manifest my dreams tonight!!!

I'm shifting to a reality where my rabbit didn't die. He passed away last night. I can't bare it. It wasn't yet his time. I'm leaving this place of grief. I'm going to a reality where everything is exactly the same but he's still with me. I won't accept the loss of my precious rabbit.

updating after i use this: i was only able to use half of this before i gave up and fell asleep (and had the most luscious nap ever btw) but while using this, my body went so numb and i felt extremely relaxed. i’m pretty sure that i would have definitely shifted if i had a better mindset and didn’t give up halfway. either way, this video is amazing and i’ll be recommending it to anyone who wants to permashift!

You guys I tried this. My sister interrupted me BUT I felt myself floating and heard someone calling me Nalika aka my Dr name😭 thank you, I will try this again, I believe I can do it!

I noticed that whenever I would try and do this my body would give me a panic attack after 5 minutes of laying still. I started soing some EFT tapping to help manage that anxiety and I tried this again after a few days. This time I was able to listen to the meditation for nearly 55 minutes before my body went into panic mode...and I got shifting symptoms (tingles all over my body as soon as the counting ended) for the first time. This is HUGE for me. And the locking doors technique is really interesting too! I feel like because of that I've gotten closer to my DR. I'm definitely going to try this again!

I’m actually in my desired reality this is big it actually worked. Everything is a different strange thing though is when I got to this reality it was the exact time during the video as soon as it hit the one hour mark. Which is 5:08 AM this is strange, but I can’t believe it worked

Im getting closer🥰 I’ve had to restart a few times but last time I felt my foot on the other side of the threshold. I started asking myself if I was in the right reality. I saw these questions pop into my head like visual messages so I asked them and was hearing answers faintly from my dr. Then I started seeing the lights from my dr bedroom shine a bit. I’m gonna do it again tonight when No one decides to text me lol

I’m starting this tonight, as someone who has only mini shifted during my shifting journey. I believe I can do this, even if I can’t permashift I will feel some symptoms

Dude I don’t usually comment on meditations but this really had me spinning my symptoms we’re so high I felt my body well leaving my body and in a state of void and at one point I feel my cc touching my hand and thigh I swear I felt as if I was getting closer but I opened my eyes to early 😭 I will update bcuz I will be trying this again

No cap, I astral projected for this first time with this! It was awesome! It did not happen on my first listen. i've listened to this many times before, every now and then. I usually just fell asleep. What made this time different is that my body was exhausted, but my mind was wide awake. So I was able to stay awake and visualize according to the guide. I was also able to physically "let go" (if you know that feeling). I think I fell asleep (or rather my body fell asleep) soon after she stopped doing affirmations. That was when I felt myself come out of my body and raise up through my room. I felt a little fear, but then I reassured myself that everything was OK. Then I saw my life flash before my eyes. Then I was in a sunny field kinda like the one behind my house. I tried to shift to 2 different places and both happened briefly, but then I shifted to a different DR of mine (one from my real past). I tried to stay there, but somehow ended up in a dark mall type area. I was slightly frightened again by this, but I assured myself that there was nothing to be afraid of. Long story short, I felt myself being pulled in reverse, and that's when I came back to my body where I slowly came to. It was a trip!

I just shifted to my dr!

I’ve only recently discovered shifting realities, I love the concept; I was introduced through “Bashar.” I did this meditation last night and ngl it scared me at first but not in a bad way overall-it’s like I’d fall into a “lucid” state and I’d wake up feeling scared, but mere seconds later I’d realize there was nothing to be scared of and I’d go right back into the meditation. A couple times my body would jerk and I even choked on my spit lmao this has never happened to me before 😅. I think I was trying to shift but my body wasn’t letting me because it was not used to it. Although i woke up feeling better and rested (I felt a bit ill yesterday). And ever since listening to these meditations, I am craving fruits and lots of water. My regular food of choice unfortunately isn’t the best, thanks to a busy schedule and the convenience of fast food 😭 but I suspect my change in diet is from all the meditations I’ve done in the past week but who knows, somethings helping for sure 😂 With that said, I’ve tried a couple different of your guided meditations and this one had the most impact on me at least right now; especially because I have a lot of hate and anger towards ppl who have done me wrong and have taken advantage of my kindness in the past. The healing portion helps tons and id very much like to forgive this and let go of it. And then shift myself to my desired reality where I am surrounded by those I love and those whom love me. Thank you❤ happy new year

I got so close, I feel asleep after the first pile 20 minutes but then woke up like after 10 minutes, then tried shifting again and I had numbness and I felt like my body was spinning and moving, and it felt like I was falling, but I didn’t get any background noise and I think I was so distracted with the outside noise coming outside in my window so I was too focused on that. And then I opened my eyes and I was still were i was. So yeh but IM SO HAPPY because that’s the closest I’ve ever got. So will defo try this again. I really recommend this video :)))

I wanna shift to my waiting room and stay there sometime, there i will have doors leading to my desired realities, my waiting room is small place and i kinda forgot to script windows but i like it more like this, it's basically room with hall that has 8 doors and then there is office and thats all, i almost shifted few days ago, i was sleeping and i woke in middle of the night and i tried to shift and i felt like everything was spinning and then i ooened my eyes but still i was seeing things and next thing i remember was checking what time is it and after that i had some dream that was a bit vivid but not much, that gave a lot of motivation to now continue to shift because i have been loosing hope after 2 months of trying ❤

I was slowly starting to feel symptoms and was starting to get so excited... Then my mom walked into my room and asked to borrow the charger and then scolded me for not giving her and my dad a hug before I go to sleep when she ful well knows I don't like physical contact. So meditation was ruined for the night. I'll update next time I try this. Update: nothing happened :'] Update 2: Still trying. Nothing's happened.

This was the one for me, I’ve been trying for a few weeks now and I didn’t exactly shift but I was in a deep dream then I remembered to make a portal and when I did I could hear my CC sing to me and it was amazing

I had a dream with this subliminal this morning and i noticed i was dreaming and i said in it that i am going to wake up in my desire reality and in the dream and in the dream I remember that i thought i shifted in the dream and then i said will shift into my desire reality and then the dream started to Fade away and i got scared that i thought that i was going to wake in my desire reality but i didn't but i will keep trying to i do.

I almost shifted with this last night i was doing it and it was not a dream it was a great experience it was like i don't know how many minutes i was in but i my legs and body were shaking little bit and everything turned so light it was like i was able to do the rest of the video effortlessly it was the closest i got to shifting this is the night i will shift tonight. Is this a sign that I will shift tonight?

what does the final push feel like do i to go through the final push to shift because i had a lot of dreams since February on and off me saying in my dreams i am in my desire reality and in one dream i was like coming with someone going through the garage and i had just realized that i was dreaming so i opened a door and i had locked that person out so they wouldn't chase after me and stop me after i Closed that door that door and locked it i opened the next door and when i opened it and went in that room it was foggy in there and i remember if i said i am in my desire reality or not because i had this dream early March to med march and i had a dream a few days ago and i said i am in my desire reality but i didn't get open or close any doors and i much of thought i shifted in the not in real life because i wouldn't be able to update you i remember in the dream i was celebrating jumping and singing champions champions and saying hey hey hey i got really excited in that dream and i never sing so in that dream i thought i shifted and of i woke up disappointed and thinking to myself why didn't i shift because I'm trying really hard when i can remember to oh and i had a another dream that i asked someone i knew because unfortunately there no longer in this world and i had realized i was dreaming and than i asked them what year is it and they said oh no it doesn't say the year and i looked at the Calendar and it said 1711 and later that day i looked up how many days was 1711 days ago was because i thought it may had been a sign from the Source and i had this dream at the end of March and when i looked it up it said July 24 2018 and was like what does it have to do with that day or that time what does this mean? What does all this mean? I don't know but i have to shift because i need to shift realitys back in time so i can change things please don't doubt my shifting goal because some people did and made me doubt it.

Can I have stuffed animals and blankets and air conditioning on me or do I have to have nothing to permanently shift better? I also wrote a script but I need tips please I’m on a very tight time limit
