Heres one more thing you didnt know. Dean tried to play this song like Randy Castillo would play it because he was the true Ozzy drumming God/King/sexymanbeast/nobetterrockdrummerexceptmaybeEricCarr.
@@justFildrummer Good cover btw. There were some fills in this I needed to see how were done. I know you added your own flare to a few of them but it still helped seeing them played. I remember where I was and what I was doing the first time I ever heard this song. It had just been released and I was at a Target store in Indianapolis. The video was playing on the CRT TVs that were for sale in the electronics section. I could hear the song and knew immediately who was singing before I saw what was being played on the TVs. That was the day I bought my first Ozzy album which was No Rest for the Wicked : Remastered since it was in the 2.00 cassette rack. That was the day I truly discovered I loved Ozzy Osbourne.
@@Drumblanket thanks man. I just gave it a try as some friends asked me to jam it together and loved the feel and triplet groove that seemed natural to my style somehow, even if I just restared playing after few years stop. To be honest I like way more the live Mike Bordin version. cheers
I like them both, great cymbals. I used to be endorsed by UFIP when I was a professional and they were very well crafted. You cant go wrong either way but each one his own taste bro
Just decided to try and play this song for the first time today and it’s a fun jam.. but agreed definitely some unique qualities to the drumming style..
