What fuel bill? He's leaving the old house with no forward address, buying gas all the way down to Key West while the bills are mailed and stacked up at the old house.

My dad always had boats and big vehicles to pull them. When people would ask about fuel economy he would smile and tell them that isn't the reason you buy a boat, or an airplane, or a big truck. The people getting this stuff are way past worrying about how much money they're spending on fuel. It's about working hard and enjoying your money. Lots of comments on here about wasting fuel, wasting money, and there will be the inevitable "environmental" arguments. Looks like somebody enjoying a day on the intercoastal to me :)
It’s because they have money to waste. Whatever your monthly bills or income is they probably have 4 or 5 times that in income monthly and extra. That extra pays for the fuel and then some
@rotaxrider I don't see it as a waste. They are enjoying themselves, they probably have friends or family in that boat. The boat builder is making money, the owner spends money to get fuel, buy snacks, dock the boat, sounds like a win for everybody.
What's the guess on how much fuel, dollars and litres/gallons, is that thing burning with that run? Thank goodness there is not a fuel crisis, what there is???
