Person-Centered Planning at AADD 

Stacey Ramirez leads families with a developmentally-challenged loved one through the process of discovering that person's goals, dreams and options to achieve a rich and full life. Person Centered Planning discovers and acts on what is important to a person. It is a process for continual listening and learning, focussing on what are important to someone now and in the future, and acting on this in alliance with their family and their friends. Stacey is Director of Individual and Family Supports at Georgia State University in Atlanta and works with All About Developmental Disabilities (aadd.org) in Decatur, GA.
