You're right. For maximum damage, the best traits are Focused Gaze and Peerless Gaze, since they can bypass the damage cap.

@@lpld1820 I think it is due to different region's translation... Intense Focus = Focused Gaze, while Mighty Gaze = Peerless Gaze.

@@justrcd Yeah, I think so. But the dmg increase from Intense Focus and Mighty Gaze is always active, as for WotS, you have to concentrate first. That's why I just talked about the first 2.

tbh,before I started playing p5r, I heard a lot of memes for Haru screentime, but damn this lady is a force to be reckon with.

Lucifer received a major buff, coming with a lot more resistances and immunities and only having it's weakness being bless which you can cover.

all of these almighty attacks have "unseen damage powers" each. like, ever since older persona games, Morning Star has been known for being stronger than Megidolaon. hence why the other skills have extra SP cost

A ~13% is not exactly what we can qualify as the "same damage". Megidolaon is very SP efficient for a Severe move, but the damage difference with Morning Star/Abyssal Eyes makes the SP difference worth it. Plus you're supposed to have all these options by end-game, where SP aren't even supposed to be a problem so, yeah... When you use the Personas having these unique skills, there's actually no point in replacing them with Megidolaon. As for any other Almighty build, it's not even a question as Megidolaon is the only available option.

Ring of Envy has the skill auto-concentrate, you start the battle with concentration but it doesn't give a skill to recast it only an agility boost, the opposite is true for the ring of greed, auto agility and the concentrate skill, I personally use ring of envy on joker and ring of greed on a party member

@@wilfyy no its random, my advice would be to go to the velvet room, save and just keep doing network fusions until you get it.

Tbh hoping for network fusion to pull through is super frustrating. Usually if you look through the personas a couple times you can find magic ability in the material persona from the network fusion, just keep trying it

I got lucky in Network Fusion, I fused Arsene with an Atropos with Magic Ability and Almighty Amp so I just inherited it.

@arif salahudin Uh.. its true satanael has the strongest almighty, Izanagi is paid DLC so he doesn't count if he was in the base game then yes he'd be the strongest.

Yeah. It is pointless to have Megidolaon if you already have Morning Star which is much better. Allure of Wisdom + Spell Master = 6 SP. If you have 3rd Semester Akechi in your team, if his trait is activated, no SP is needed. This specific build is for cheesing out Palaces. The one above is for cheesing out bosses and the reaper, considering he has Magic Ability, Pagan Allure, Boost and Amp installed. But bear in mind that Pagan Allure has a damage boost cap.

@@shinyanakagawa8241 using pagan allure and Almighty Amp already hits the cap so magic ability and Almighty boost are wasted skill slots. However if you use those skills then rather go for Mighty Gaze trait as it's 20% Boost to all AoE magics overcaps to 120% total. If you use Black Viper go for the Intense Focus Trait instead. Pagan Allure is great for a Persona with multiple Severe Elemental magics plus an Amp of each corresponding element.

Via Public Execution or get really lucky in skill mutations No persona learns Alm Amp naturally but Izanagi No Okami does learn Alm Boost so you can attempt to mutate that into a Amp if you fuse during alarm

You do know that the only differences between personas are u unique skills, traits and their resistances/weaknesses And arsène has 2 weaknesses and only 1 resistance(not even a null) so at any rate he's one of the worst personas in the game. You can turn anything into a total beast in royal but some will just end up being better. As an example Arsène could never outperform Lucifer because of Morning star which deals more damage than megidolaon no matter how strong you manage to build him.

@@arifsalahudin6673 you can come very close to one shotting the reaper (without izanagi no okami) I used satanael with the following skills Trait: will of the sword Black viper Concentrate Almighty amp Almighty boost Magic ability Victory cry Spell master Tyrant's mind Accessory: St. Hermlins Badge Solo joker The process goes ass follows: -Equip off with the satanael or any person with will of the sword since it gives you auto-concentrate at the start of the battle (or you could start with a persona with will of the sword and all three auto-ma skills for auto concentrate + stat buffs to attack, defense and agility) -Let the reaper ambush YOU (so he only gets 1 turn instead of 2) -Use heat Riser, Thermopylae or neo cadenza if you didn't use the auto-ma skills - debilitate the reaper - perform a down shot on the reaper - use black viper as it's stronger than megidolaon - the reaper is nearly dead, one more black viper should kill him, even unbuffered Ps you can use these steps if you want to farm the reaper. It's best to do it solo

Damage capped by the traits... It prevent exceeding damage over, but Tyrant mind have the extra 25% that can bypass the cap. So it's less ideal for maximum dmg but for solid high all around damage for magic..

Pagan Allure doesn't bypass the damage cap, aside from the obvious broken trait of Country Maker, Mighty Gaze and Will of the Sword are both a 20% damage increase, (and the other single target one too)

@@bananamonkey1704 Yup. However, Will of the Sword is only useful for Gun Builds. If you're talking about, say, Yoshitsune, Undying Fury is the superior choice.

@@SB0083 I WOULD'VE gotten undying fury for yoshitsune but it's too late i've already maxed all his stats, and that took forever, and it really doesn't matter that much, i'd be starting over for a chip of extra damage...

Pagan allure is not really for maximizing the damage of one specific move. It's for making a multi elemental Satanael that can do damage cap damage with all spells at the same time.
