Myriad Truths and Hassou Tobi are most likely the two best skills as far as damage goes. Charge/Concentrate + Debilitate + Heat Riser for MAX Damage. ........ its not even a comparison

I made Rangda invincible for charge and concentrate. I picked all the repel skills instead of absorb so when I get bored I watch shadows kill themselves attacking it.

For those who just want the numbers: Hassou Tobi dealt 1489 damage (first time it was used). Myriad Truths dealt 5514 damage (only hitting 2 out of 3 times).
You can literally one turn kill the reaper with Izanagi no Okami on merciless. 99 Magic 100% Compendium Almighty Boost / Amp / Magic Ability Ring of Envy & Auto-Mataru (This gives you ATK up and Concentrate turn one)
@@SASA-ub5ol They do stack, but you don't get the full value, because the game caps the damage multiplier for those skills at +100%. So Amp and Boost, or Amp and Magic Ability, gives you +87.5% damage. Having all three should give you +134%, but it caps it at +100%, so the third skill doesn't give a very big bonus, only about 8% instead of 25%. Traits are not part of this cap, with the exception of Sataneal's trait unfortunately.
Cybernik The Robot No, that cap is always there. Other traits don’t count toward the cap, but Pagan Allure does. For instance, with Mighty gaze and all four skills, you’ll hit the +100% cap, and then also get 20% more from Mighty Gaze, going beyond the cap. Pagan Allure is the only trait that does not ignore the cap.
May Mabie that is wrong, at least in vanilla. Having amp and boost gives +75%, having all three gives +100%. My source: there is a video out their showing comparisons of having just two abilities versus all 3 (it’s named something like ‘ “pretty sure” magic ability doesn’t stack’), I took the numbers from the video, plugged them into excel, and on average they seem consistent with boost+amp+ability/boost+amp=2.0/1.75
@@claymore4852 not necessarily, Yoshi is his own thing so he'd technically be as strong in 5 as in 4 but Izanagi-No-Okami is the manifestation of Yu's heart so technically joker couldn't use him if he wanted to. Gameplay wise Izanagi-No-Okami is the strongest, canonically is an entirely different debate

Really only Yoshitsune was OP, Izanagi-No-Okami was kind of a Bragging Rights Reward mainly because Almighty attacks were severely nerfed in Persona 4.
But for whatever reason it dosent break the +100% damage cap that traits do why Idk. Presumably to give INO more reason to exist since you have to work for his boost. But you get plus 100% with him alone(assuming max compendium) and minus 50% damage taken on top of that and id be more than willing to complete personadex for an extra +50/-50 but oh well. There is always P6 DLC right Satan-el
Not entirely solo, but I similarly did the Reaper in one turn with Myriad Truths. Joker lead with a slower Persona with Auto-Mataru, Masuku, and Maraku (basically Auto-Heat Riser), used the Palace ring that begins with Concentrate/Charge (Ring of Vanity, I think), but I had a separate party member use Debilitate before Joker’s turn. Also, the other party member had the Ring of Gluttony (auto magic and physical reflect) to guarantee the Reaper wastes its turn on Charge. It was satisfying.
Hey me too except I haven’t used izanagi no okami. I have been avoiding dlc personas unless I can fuse them myself. The game has been a blast with this combo and I still had challenges here and there
Akechi gets it, but idk if Robin Hood gets debilitate or if its just Loki. Someone gets an all party concentrate and I think that's Ann. Either of them can use something with auto-matarukaja. I used them with Sumire in regular play since she gets a party crit up and has a lot of crit synergies. Not that it was necessary. Victory Cry InO is just overkill.
Does anyone know what the percentages of extra damage are like for Country Maker? Like how much extra power he gets from a fully completed compendium, or how much he gains per persona owned?

@@Gftttyuuuuuuuyyyyyyu The picaro version starts at 9 level higher than the original, so it's only natural that his stats are higher by 27 points Both should have 304 total stats at level 99, but this shouldn't matter anymore in Royal since you could easily maxed all stats
I am not sure how save editing works but potentially if you get a kaguya make it that she hits 8 all the time with shining arrow it could be equal to greater theoretically of course
@Samuel Naufahu Samuel Naufahu actually on 2nd thought I think it'll be equal or slightly greater than izanagi as you know it'll get a 100% boost from magic ability and both amp and boost and from this guy's testing against the twins izanagi no okamo got double damage compared to yoshitsune plus the county maker buff because we assume save editor is used here and bang more damage

I had done a 4 person Baton Pass to Joker who had Heat Riser and Charge while the enemy was Debilitated and Hassou Tobi did 850-1000 per hit. It was absolutely ridiculous. Edit: This was in Merciless by the way

Should’ve used gamblers foresight for auto concentrate and a persona to start off with auto-mataru, masuku, and maraku. Then switch to Izanagi for his myriads truths.
I killed them at level 26 because a concentrated Myriad Truths did about a third of their health. This was when his magic was about 75ish. They killed everyone else and Joker just kept using concentrate and Myriad Truths
@@mouradkochkar8442 Because the reaper literally cheats and reduces damage to anyone below lvl 80. It's gradual though, if you're level 20 your damage will be minimum, while if you're 79 it'll pretty much do the same amount
BlueJay I’m no fusion genius but all I did was get almighty amp on a random persona from network fusion, then I used gallows to move it over to my INOP.
BlueJay I know this is late so you already probably have it but you have a better chance of getting it in network fusion the more skills that can’t be inherited using a level 1 Arsene I got it in 2 tries
@AZiO Will of the Sword has a hidden effect that starts you with concentrate if it's on a starter persona. I would argue that it's better to have that along with auto-ma skills. You could argue that Wealth of the Lotus is slightly better as it effectively gives 2 free turns rather than 1, but battles rarely last long enough for that to matter. Especially if you're at a point in the game where you're min-maxing.
@AZiO The Ring of Envy gives auto-concentrate, there is no equivalent for charge as far as I'm aware. Personally I prefer to keep the accessory slot open for something else, like the Omnipotent Orb.
To be fair, out of every single Character, Boss, Demon, or Persona in the entirety of the SMT universe, only *one* of them has any sort of resistance to Almighty, that being the MMO Superboss version of Hito-Shura/Demi-Fiend, as *that* version of him (specifically, the version of the boss that fights you *alone* ) actually has *Drain Almighty* so that even literal Kamikaze/Suicide attacks (yes, there are attacks players can use that causes their character to basically blow themselves up to damage the enemy, killing themselves in the process) will only *heal* him, since those types of attacks also count as "Almighty" damage. Not even the likes of Lucifer or Metatron can claim as much.
Pretty sure undying fury 30% increase does more than will of the sword. Take base 100 + 30% * 2.5 = 325 compared to 100 * 3 = 300. Will of the sword’s main use from my experience is solely for starting battles with concentrate.
Oh I thought Will of the Speed tripled the effect of charge meaning instead of changing it from 2.5 to 3 it multiplied 2.5 by 3 so it would make it 7.5

I didn’t feel bad spending $10 to get Izanagi no Okami. I played through the vanilla P5 and was looking for any advantage to get to the new content faster, but man I did not expect that Persona to break the game. Lol
