Personal Message from Tom Baker 

What a wonderful message from THE Doctor himself! Tom Baker is a national treasure, always has been, I was lucky enough to meet him when I was 6 years old, he was always my dad's favourite growing up and when he saw him to see my dad have such glee on his face I will never forget that, and it was lovely! The people running it said "Oh your hair is just how Tom's used to be! You will make his day!" I remember going up to him and he smiled brightly helping me onto the counter to sit with him saying "Well! I certainly didn't expect to see you Doctor!" Truly he is such a pure hearted loving man, so much respect for him! 😊😊😇🥰💝💖

Yeah! This is GOLD! Greetings from Australia, and congratulations to you on this personal message from Doctor Who to you, which happens to be my HERO as well! Another kindred spirit? I love Pyramids of Mars.....I think my first memory where I was absolutely transfixed to the small TV screen in those days, and it was so memorable and important to me that I would quote the Doctor's words about SUTEK when I went to exhibitions with special Egyptian treasures in particular with my Mum here in Australia, even later on when I was way over 35 years old! Being the Geek Girl I was and I still am....I must have offered much amusement to others, who were, as indicated by their sniggers, quite clearly familiar with this Doctor's character and adventures! I am still a big admirer of my Doctor Who and his positive energy and charm! So happy that Mr Tom Baker is still sending such great positive energy throughout the universe!😃 I really love in particular his adventures with Leela, but when I think back and look at episodes on DVDs now, I can really see how much he really had a very special bond and true friend energy with Sarah Jane - not only the Doctor's "best friend", but I imagine a great friend to all in the Whoinverse 🙂😆 I hope this always keeps you smiling and that you are happy and well! My favorite tom baker episode was the keeper of taken. I love watching that episode over and over again. My favorite part was when the master kills casia when he materializes his tardis in the keeper's chair. Then, he tells the consuls that casia sacrificed herself so that he can become keeper. Afterwards, the doctor replied, "poor old casia had little say in the matter." That was funny.

Tom is just such a great guy. Still, after all those years. With him, the show lost its soul.
