Actually, when you draw something for thousand times, your sense will sharper and, you will memorize every detail of the object
@chippchipp1
@chippchipp1 4 года назад
@@archinotee52 True, I'm sure he wasn't born with this skill. But even seasoned professionals will usually sketch out the basic geometric forms of the object in perspective before adding detail, whereas Kim Jung Gi seems to see it clearly in his mind before he starts drawing

@@chippchipp1 In fact, he said in an interview that the only "talent" he believes he has, is that he's able to retain images in his mind for a longer time than average people. This could mean that he doesn't need to study from reference as often, and when he does, he digests it incredibly well. However he also emphasises that a lot of his skill comes from the fact that drawing is as natural to him as breathing. He's drawing all the time, every time he has a chance to. It's one of the prime examples that talent is just the foundation of your art career: The artist is the one that needs to lay the bricks through a LOT of hard work, and that's not a bad thing. Skill always beats luck.

@@hinamatsuro1908 yes it is. No matter how many people can do it it’s just as impressive. Its even more impressive when you do it at the speed he does.

Kim's drawing lesson: just look at stuffs and remember it! it's easy! Me: looking at my dog! look away for 5 seconds. Completely forget what a dog looks like!
