Ok, I don’t who Jasmine is, where she’s from, or what she does, but her rice is delicious. This side dish can complement any meal, but its so good I often eat it with just a fried egg on top. Try it out!

1 tbsp (14 ml) of olive oil, avocado oil or vegetable oil
1 tbsp (14 grams) of garlic paste
1 tbsp (14 grams) of salt
2 cups (370 grams) of jasmine rice
3 cups (705 ml) of water
