What I need is a semi-pervious concrete one that allows water to escape slowly but not too slow just a little more pervious then terracotta.

Which mix design procedure should be applied for lightweight Pervious concrete as per ACI code??

ASTM C 192 if you are mixing in the lab.

If you do more videos on this, stress that where you put the concrete must be properly prepared to accept it! If you put a Pervious Concrete sidewalk down on packed, dense, clay soil, the water has nowhere to go. There's still going to be flooding, or standing water.
