@spoony pizzas... please I’ll like to know from where to start to set my game mentality and how to switch .. I’m new to pes2019 and don’t know from where to start...🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Yeah I'd agree, takes a little adapting. Try setting a higher support range mate (like my Bielsa tactic which works VERY well!

He didn't mean it in a bad way, just that I paused the action too much I think and then didn't talk when the action continued lol

try changing your attcking style to counter attack, change your formation and spread out your players more and when you get possession of the ball, waist time by back passing, make your aponent run around eventully players will run out of steam 70 minutes into the game, that's when you can attack

FIFA was good until their latest patch came out and ruined it for me. Zero midfield play, no fouls but the shooting is really cool. Hope you're back next year mate. Stay safe bro. Per Kristian Bergmo what? You're going from pes to fifa? People always do the opposite, I did that too, Fifa is a joke, way too easy, anything you try works, pes players feels heavier because that's the way football is, in fifa it looks like every player has 99 agility.

SSK DS hei, as a older gamer (36) who have been playing football games since i was a kid i have played more or less every quality football game the last 20 years. From the brilliant goal, sensible soccer, actua soccer, this is football and most of the pes and fifas. The last two years I enjoyed pes a lot more than fifa and it felt great to play on pitch, the random draft mode was aslo brilliant addition. That said, this year i strongly feel that pes took a step back and that fifa is this years best footie game. Pes feels unpolished and frankly unfinished. And fifa feels more responsive and smoot, varied than ever. I hope pes make a strong comback next year. And jesus i wish they make a total ui revoultion and fix onlie matchmaking. I love playing online seasons with lesser rated teams, that is impossible in pes as i can choose wolfs,celta vigo or enpoli and will alway be matcht up against liverpool, barcelona ect.

@@PerPolar im the same playing football games since italia 90 but i disagree. Fifa feels like a kids footy game for me pes feels like a real game of football with its emphasis on passing and caution on sprinting. But everyones opinion matters and yours is as important as mine mate. Just keep enjoying the beautiful game in any way. I prefer football manager over both lol.

Yeah definitely mix it up. Sometimes you need to go backwards to go forwards.

Done :-) - in a way they have ....they've changed the way the defenders behave...but it's not as high as I'd expect.

@@SpoonyPizzas it kind of ruins the mode for me. Not because it's difficult, which it is, but because every rival team plays the same way, regardless of how their tactics are setup. Even a team set to conservative, all out defence, will press high and hard all over the park. It's part of a bigger problem with the AI in the game, in that they all play the same way. You can even see it when they shoot, a shit team will try and score the same type of goal as a good team, a crap player will try and shoot into the top corner every time the same way a top class player will. There's no variety. Beforehand ML's major weakness was the off the pitch stuff but now it's actually becoming really dull to play, as well. Oh, and I LOVE playing Champions' League games during the day in November (#datapack2.0) .../rant!

Hey dude, what level are you playing on? If it's superstar, check out my Fulham career mode streams and see if you can pick up a few tips about play style etc. I noticed a few people watching and uploading their videos and it's like I'm watching myself in some instances.

I'm playing on superstar, they spam low. Crosses and always foul.me when I break free with no cards awarded most times, how are you able to have so much space behind

Hey dude, in counter attack scenarios as per my defending tutorial videos - just drop back, give them about 12 yards in terms of distance whilst you run back. As for crossing, make sure you have pin point crossing and high lob ball stats too - this will increase your frequency from crosses. Cheers mate

This skill is similar to Nutmeg and Runaround - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--q4XKXznTnM.html but instead of L-stick towards defender, you need to move the L-stick 90 degrees from the way the player is facing. Hope this helps mate. It's tricky to perform! :)

Hey dude, I feel ya. I played a season on stream on legend with Barca and finished 4th. Legend is ridiculous. I would recommend playing superstar but swapping teams each season or start with a poor team for a challenge. New team starts with VERY low team spirit. It'll be just below Legend difficulty. Cheers

I disagree, many players aren't experienced and crossing and heading is broken on manual (it's not possible). Try playing on Legend difficulty... There's no cheating at that level.

PA1 but PA3 if you want easy mode or advantage over your opponent

Hey dude, you can't mate. That's why you start off with a deep player who can pass it into someone's feet so they advance and receive the through ball back to them.

@@SpoonyPizzas ohh i got it ty , But i think that holding the r2 button (special control button) after a pass or through will make a forward run too so what's the difference then ?

After a pass the special controls does make a player run but not sure about after a through-ball. It should work I believe!

I usually pin the opponent into a defensive situation by playing it down the wings, getting to the by-line and cutting back in. Cycling the ball to the edge of the box, may require a 1-2 to setup a long shot. Cheers mate

Haha, the more you play, the slower the game actually becomes and the controller becomes second nature. So then it's about assessing what's going on around you. It's not that difficult in all honesty but playing as you do (reactive) can certainly be more effective than a Pro active approach where you plan in your head what's going to happen. However the perfect balance is a mix of the two :) but yes, I am a cyborg and resistance is futile my friend.

Hi mate, hold player select and press pass, as your player releases pass he will make a run. On default controls this would be L1 + X. Hope this helps mate - cheers

Hey dude, which are you trying to do - let's go through them one by one mate. Cheers - some skills are required in the player skills - so grab Neymar and try the move first as that might be the reason!

Spoony Pizzas thanks. I’m trying to basically dribble and get round the odd player. I could do it in 2018 with direction changes against momentum but struggling in the new one. Other thing is I use the left cursor not the jog dial which is just an age old habit. I suspect that might be an issue on 2019 as a lot of the dribbling requires subtler touches? Sure let me try with neymar.

thanks. ive tried but honestly none of the stuff in your videos works for me in practice. before i can blink the opposition has robbed me of the ball. you cant dribble or make space....and the very rare occasion you get a sniff of goal the opposing goalkeeper produces save of the century. i used to have a lot of fun over the years playing PES but 2019 properly sucks! its just impossible.....

If you're on PC or PS4 you can import EVERYTHING. Champions League, Europa League, all the teams - MLS etc.

Works for me but if you truly want to exploit legend difficulty. Double up on the wings, wait for full back to overlap. Drilled low cross or now with DP4.0 you can abuse the player select and R-stick flick to set an assisted runner and then long through ball over the top.

I'm also playing with Liverpool. Playing against team who are defensive is a total nightmare. I'm drawing a lot 0-0 . Anyway thanks for the advice. I will try it

while playing on legend I get a lot of free kicks in promising areas. Used to bang them with Trent but I think they improve the gk with the latest patch. They save them now

Hi mate, not tried that many freekicks yet but will let you know. Thing with Legend, you will draw because when you score they'll go to attacking strategy and it's very difficult to stop them when they do!

Yeah right ...I find it more realistic playing on legend. Superstar or below make you super OP. I win 2+ goal nearly every match on them.
