Hi mate, because for city the slower build up play makes sense. They have light weight strikers who can get bullied by strong defenders.

I wouldnt because I'd play to my teams strengths. City have the players to pull this off nicely.

M8 it was on Superstar difficulty setting, Spoony only plays on Superstar.

Yup, always superstar and sometimes legend if requested, but legend is zzzz as player stats are ignored.

Hey dude, good observation. Tiki Taka this year is kinda broken. Explained in one of my previous videos. There's also a difference between Manager tactics and Best tactics. This year I've noticed the support range is best to be further apart between players which is why my Bielsa tactic works so well (give it a try). Cheers mate

Ill check out your Bielsa Tactic. I'm having the hardest time facing Juventus spamming triangle to Cristiano. Trying to figure out a strat. Considering Tiki-Taka or Gegenpress (or both). @@SpoonyPizzas

What is your opinion on compact. Should I go max compact if all the goals i concede are from long pass to Cristiano? @@SpoonyPizzas

Ronaldo is very difficult to stop. I would prefer to play a high defensive line as he is such a threat in the box due to high attacking prowess and jumping/heading stats too. He's not the quickest anymore but if your defence is sloth (less than 72 speed/explosive power) then you're in trouble. Max compactness, swarm the box if you have tall CBs (188cm+) should be able to deal with him

Liverpool are generally OP in this game anyway but I've had no problem beating the AI on Legend level against Liverpool 3-0 with Man City.

It's not like that. Fernandinho is given defensive instruction mean he will dictate play from back without progressing high on pitch giving cover to center backs, so it won't be easy for opponents. this style of play is getting popular these days. Sarri and guardiola are best examples of this style .

@@SpoonyPizzas give me some tips and right tactics to play high attacking possession play. I am good on direct attacking and have emulated klopp,s style but now I also want to learn guardiola,s way.
