Soup-er #simpol recipe to warm our tummy and boost our energy today! Surely, magugustuhan ito ng inyong family! Luto na! 😋🍲
Ingredients:
(For the Pesang Manok)
1 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 medium onion, minced
1 thumb size ginger, sliced
1 whole chicken, cut into serving sizes (season with salt)
4 - 5 cup washed rice
1/2 teaspoon whole peppercorn
1 piece small carrot
2 medium potatoes
1 bunch baguio beans
1 medium size Napa cabbage
1 bunch pechay tagalog
3 tablespoons fish sauce
(For the Mango Salsa)
Green mango
Onions
Tomatoes
Black Pepper
Chili
Sauteed
Fish paste
Calamansi Juice
Cilantro or Wansuy
*NOTE: Ginisang Miso is the traditional sauce for pesang manok, but you can make any of your choice, just like our #simpol version of Salsa with Manggang Hilaw.
