Your dish looks super delicious and I like the end part when you try the dish yourself with a friend.. The outdoor setting is really nice and peaceful. The cost of ingredients and total cost of dish is a really good idea and that you donate to charity which is an excellent idea. Please also offer the food you cook to the poor people .Maybe set up a tent with your restaurants name sign offering free freshly cooked food.That way you will be promoting your restaurant and also feeding the poor. 👍. Keep up your great work.

Mashaallah, honest, aur dilchasp bayan, khana banane ko Ibadat samajta hoon aur achchi ibadat khushu khuzu lazim, yehi hall khana banane wale ki Aqeedat jo dill se hoti hay, woh chef Afzal ke khane banane main nazar Aati hai, Khass baat yeh hai ke Allah ne jo hamare liye utara hai woh inke zariye Alhamdulillah hame mil raha hai, Rub Rakha.
Beautiful, peaceful looking place & the perfect ambience for cooking (better than smoky kitchen environment). Fresh air also stimulates the appetite and aids in good digestion too. Will be checking out this recipe shortly, looks like another great one!
