Dying dogs fur at home with pet safe dye is actually fine and pretty common. Especially with service dogs that are often stolen because of their training the dye acts as an antitheft

I'm not sure if anyone else has said but dyed chicks are often dyed via injection into the egg, so the dye is absorbed a bit before hatching. It's awful

I honestly hate when I, or someone else, tries to kindly correct something someone did on video with an animal that they shouldn't have and get labeled a Karen. I think some people really forget why we sometimes call people that, but it's certainly not for caring about an animal's well-being.

I was so scared for those guinea pigs because they have quite fragile bones and one kick from that pig could seriously hurt them or even kill them

What scares me most about the pig and guinea pigs is that certain pigs have a tendency to put things in their mouths. I used to work with a group of pigs that would mouth at the ends of my work boots and one of those pigs grabbed a rat that got into their pen and ate it. (I have no idea how they grabbed it I just caught them in the act, unfortunately it would have been too unsafe for me to remove the rat from their mouths). The pigs I worked with were Tamworth and Wild boar crosses so were a little less manageable than most pigs and the one in the video definitely seems like a pet but I still had my heart in my throat there

3:22 cutepetowner clip, people have weird fascination with Interspecies ""friendships"". I'm not saying Interspecies cannot happen a good example of a good Interspecies is zoos pairing dogs with cheetahs. But that is with people who know what they're doing and can read the body language a lot of these clips are just random animals being thrown together for views.

After watching your videos on 'cute' animal cruelty videos a while ago, I've started commenting and trying to educate people who post those videos on other platforms, and I usually tell them to look up your videos, and people are quite shocked because they don't realize the animals are being abused

Not to mention if the pig gets frustrated it can bite or eat the guinea pigs easily

The "cutepetowner" tiktok has been reported multiple times, and tiktok doesn't do anything about it, it's been reported for animal abuse and cruelty and tiktok gives everyone the same response "we don't see any issue with these videos" it's ridiculous!

I believe the reason the ducklings are colored is because often around Easter, ducklings, chickens, and even rabbits are dyed a variety of colors. The way this is done to birds is dye is injected into the egg of the bird, and they never lose that color. Im not sure about the mortality rate of this procedure, but I have a sickening feeling it isn't as low as it should be...

I'm so happy you talked about the dog slide video!! It's cute with the music, however when I was watching it for the first time through Facebook, i did notice that most of the dogs didn't trust the slide at first. Happy to know i was correct in sighting the issues, but just makes me sad that they forced the dogs down. Just annoying because I know once the dogs know they can go down a lot of them will willingly go, but forcing them to go down will never have the pup trust the slide

If that was a doggy daycare, I would have been very upset if someone put my dog down a slide. She hates slides, which I found out early on. If they didn't choose to do it themselves, you shouldn't force it.

For those printing mistakes, you could get some of those cute iron-on patches and put a row of them across the chest. That way it just looks like you're trying to make the shirt look funky, rather than having something to hide.

I remember a tic toc from a year or two ago that was this person with a stray dog on a rope, showing the dog ‘love for the first time’ the poor dog was clearly very stressed and they kept trying to pet the pupper, at the end they began petting it and the dog looked like it was frozen in fear and it was showing all signs of being terrified. Tic toc never even took it down.

My friends dog LOVES slides but like normal kind. I would be so worried about them breaking bones or getting stuck. I never do twirly ones with them.

Fleece is a great bedding to use for a myriad of pets. Ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, etc. AS LONG AS they don't start eating the fabric. You also want to make sure to wash it before using it. A lot of fleece is treated with formaldehyde before shipping.

My puppy used to round up my chickens and ducks, never would hurt them or bite them, but eventually they got used to it and would come to the den to get feed and go to bed as soon as she came out back

12:43 as someone who works at a doggy daycare, this looks really concerning. first of all, the slide itself looks unsafe. a dog could get stuck in the corkscrew area, which of course can cause the dog to become panicked or injured, and that can cause a safety hazard for whoever has to retrieve the dog because panicked/hurt dogs tend to bite. there's also no padding on the ground below the slide that i can see. it looks like the dogs are just falling on top of concrete which can also cause injuries or just a generally unhappy dog. second, there's a lot of crowding in this video. both of dogs in the slide (the dogs should be going down one at a time, not multiple at a time like in the video. wait for the first dog to get out of the slide safely before allowing another dog down the slide) and at the bottom. crowded dogs are highly stimulated and fights can break out, either from a dog at the bottom getting over-excited and attacking a dog coming out of the slide, or a dog coming out of the slide who is unhappy attacking the dogs at the bottom. and the only person who is shown in the video is at the top of the slide (the camera is very still so i don't think there's a person at the bottom of the slide recording) so if a fight DOES break out, there's not a person within the immediate vicinity to break it up, and the person at the top has to go through the slide and potentially through the middle of a fight to take care of the situation. lastly, this looks like a really unbalanced group of dogs. at the place i work at, we separate dogs based on size (unless they're puppies), so you would never see a corgi and a frenchie in the same group as a husky and a dalmation (unless they're puppies but they looks like adults here) the corgi and frenchie would go to small group while the husky and dalmation would go to medium group. it's just a way to keep the dogs safe. dogs of the same size playing together will cause less problems than dogs of two different sizes playing together. a medium sized dog could hurt a small dog because of their sheer size alone, even if the medium dog was just playing. at least they have small dogs that are more on the bigger end, so maybe this particular facility has different rules. at least there's not a really small dog like a chihuahua or a shih tzu barreling into a large dog like a rottie or a great dane. i hope that this video isn't a normal occurrence for this facility and that they chose to do this one video for advertising purposes or something. the dogs in the video do seem to get along so i assume they know each other well. even so, this slide looks like a safety hazard and i would never want a dog to go down it. a small short slide with an open top so that the dog can get out if it doesn't want to continue would be a better option, and definitely not one that high off the ground either. i do like that it's see through so that people can see if there are any dogs stuck in it or not, but that's about the only good thing about this slide.

I worked in a doggie daycare, and when I saw the tunnel slide entrance I sent it to my friend who also worked there. We both couldn't beleive it. Dogs entering like that with all that excitement and no control becomes a game to the dogs at the bottom and could easily result in a fight.

My friend has a dog and we go down baby slides with him on our laps, he’s very calm and enjoy this. However those dogs in the slides I don’t think they chose to, the slide was very fast.

One of my ferrets often hisses in her sleep. I can only imagine she is dreaming about all the times she was not allowed to have something. lol

The Dyed Ducklings remind me of a tragic story of a kitten who was dyed Pink for a theme party, and wound up dying over the course of the night because of it.

Dogs can be dyed without pain along with cats, horses, and others. :) I agree that ducklings probably should NOT be dyed like that though.

The dog running with the duckling looks more like the behavior of an animal grabbing prey to me. I've seen my dog grab at a mole like that before, but thankfully she was willing to drop it. I can't imagine filming it and acting like it was cute.

Ok! On the slide clip I have a story. So when I was younger my dad had built a playground in the backyard for me, it had two higher platforms where you could see over the fence on the highest platform and a slide on the side. My dog Lex, who is a Jack-Chi (Jack Russel - Chihuahua) is quite excitable and will bark ALOT if provoked. He also loves to jump and would jump up to the highest platform on the playground to assert his dominance (he’s a small to medium sized dog and just wanted to see) Anyway one day my mom and I were in the kitchen in which we had a large sliding glass door where we could see out into the backyard and had a clear view of the playset. So we were sat at the table, my mom was facing the door and I was faced away from it. We start to hear Lex bark at something but didn’t think to much about it since its a common occurrence (that we’re trying to train him out of, he acts like a little watch dog) Lex had jumped up to the top platform and had been barking from there, except every time he barked he took a step back; and eventually he stepped back to far. All of a sudden my mom was laughing hysterically and I was so confused until she managed to get out that she just watched Lex go down the slide backwards. I didn’t get to see it myself since I was faced away but it still something my family laughs about and Lex was more careful on the playground until we had torn it down.

6:00 it feels like that duck as something pulling it down, he looks like he's struggling, like as if something is tied to it's foot or weighing it down, maybe it's just me.

I'd like to raise a point about the cataleah video if I may, It's not cruel I agree, but I also don't really think it's cute. Based on what you said about sugar gliders needing gentle handling at first, would this video then run the risk of influencing newer sugar glider owners who maybe don't have the most knowledge about them, to over do it and accidentally handle them for too long? I don't know much about sugar gliders, but if the one in the video was scared and is being held by someone who knows what they're doing, it can be cute if the handler explains what is happening for the audience and why you shouldn't handle them for too long.

Those poor dyed ducks- they actually color them BEFORE they hatch. The breeder injects the dye into the egg, staining the poor baby before it hatches. It usually lasted for a few weeks, but it will disappear when their adult feathers come in around 4 to 8 weeks (which is also when they are most likely to be dumped).

I saw a tiktok of two axolotls the other day. They were in a tiny dish and someone was pouring water on them causing them to freak out, and color correction was applied so every time they did that it would change color. So many commenters, loved that, and only a few stood up against the cruelty and said something, but then even those comments had commenters from others that said "get over it" and similar comments. It's all so sad. Idk why people get entertainment from this. It's like no one taught hem empathy for animals or something.

The two ways they dye chicks, is spray the chicks with food colouring, or injected food colouring into the embryo through the egg and they hatch coloured..

They sell dyed chicks in farmers markets in Mexico and my family would buy one for me on a WEEKLY basis when I was little (3-10ish) because not only are they 10 pesos but they only live for 2-3 days at most regardless of care because of how ill the dye makes them. My family and I were unaware at the time of how awful this was/is and have since never continued in this…

Do people not realize pigs can 1. Have a foul attitude and can kick or bite if annoyed but also 2. Are omnivores and will gladly eat meat and actually love meat. So it COULD become predatory and kill to eat one of the guinea pigs. Not to mention the weight difference if that pig stepped on one by accident.

I really hate that there are so many content farms on tiktok that profit off of animal cruelty and pass it off as cute. There are so many accounts like that on instagram too where it's a vague name like 'cute dogs' 'cute pets'.

For the 'cute Pet Owner' on, these have been spamed over my ig an fb latly, everyone are like ITS SOOOO CUTEE!!!!!!!!! and im explaining how these videos are really bad, they set up filming for hours, making them do weird stuff. All the animals look in really bad conditions, the birds, pigs, dogs ect. its abuse. so dont call me a Karen, (ive been called that bc I have stood up to animal abuse)

I've heard similar suggestions about some of the animal-related shows that used to be popular on cable: mute the audio, and take a moment to watch what's happening without the added dramatic sound effects and the host's commentary... does what you see actually fit with what you're being *told* is happening? Often it doesn't.
