Good for them. I will always be grateful to that organization for helping me so much in the 90s. They gave me so much awareness and I will always thank them.
@@blaze556922 Towards animals.. I became vegan because of THEM and that doesn't happen to most... Empathic towards other humans came naturally- but when it came to ALL animals- that's where PETA stepped in. Have a great one!
@@edyann Commendable but what did peta do that changed your mind? I can't fathom one day waking up and thinking "you know what, hurting animals is wrong suddenly." Having a heart should be the default. I don't even shame people for eating meat. It is natural and very good for you. It's cruelty that is the problem. You didn't have a problem with cruelty until peta brought it to your attention? I find that disturbing tbh.
@@blaze556922 It's 5am here and I'm barely waking up. I'm not going to go back and forth with you so this will be my last reply: I'm in México. And in the 90s- October 5th, 1990 to be exact- I witnessed something horrific that I will never forget. And I stopped eating animals that same week. Without even thinking about it twice. I not only stopped eating them but I stopped wearing them. Or using them for perfume, or makeup, etc.. And that is where PETA stepped in. They guided me towards a kind life towards everyone. Because if you're ok with what happens to animals in the slaughterhouse-- like an intellectual from Spain once said: You can't be human- you're a monster. Ok- done here and adiós from Baja California, México.
