Most states have shifted parties it typically votes more more than once... whether its the parties changing or the state eventually it will change from being republican again. I would say one of the only consistent ones is Indiana. Since the Republican party first ran only 8/42 times has Indiana not voted Republican. Three times in the 1800’s. Twice for FDR, and then 1912 when there was a major vote split, 1964 for LBJ, and 2008.
