0:45 is actually not a joke. Clarence Gideon used his prison library to educate himself on law, and then appealed his conviction to the Supreme Court with a handwritten request on prison stationary. Gideon v. Wainwright, one of the most important landmark cases in criminal justice, was thanks to a kick ass prison library.
