The first movie, AOE and ROTB have the best voices in my opinion. Especially when those movies give the most screentime and character to Optimus compared to the other movies.
@@eddys9311 definitely different from other movies. I got the feeling it was because he was always pissed off and wanted to go back to cybertron. Though I'd say peters voice is slightly changing to old age. God bless the man.
For the ones with the best voice actors and monologues where The First film, DOTM, AOE and ROTB. There Peter Cullen’s speech through Optimus had much more stronger meaning and structure about laws of life.
There is a certain deepness to Cullen’s voice in the first movie that was never present in any of the others. That was the perfect version of it. So heavy, sharp, and deep, with a pinch of robotics to it
I love the robotic nature of the 1st film, makes him sound like an actual machine probably my personal favorite. DOTM/AOE Im tied on as my second favorites. I also like ROTB and even in his 80s, Peter Cullen still got it as Optimus Prime.
Bayformers: He’s Optimus Prime Bayformers 2: juvenile, but still Optimus. Bayformers 3: becomes a sociopath Bayformers 4: becomes a psychopath Bayformers 5: becomes an even more evil, evil Autobot. Rise of the Beasts: He’s Optimus Prime
💫 Which of the 7 voice versions of Optimus Prime did you enjoy the most? I personally enjoyed the first Transformers (2007) voice which has a little extra robotic tone to it. That tone seemed to return for Rise Of The Beasts and seems to be a major improvement on Transformers Bumblebee which Peter Cullen has said he wasn't happy with. 🌟Subscribe for more Transformers Movie content: ru-vid.com
I enjoyed his voice the most in AOE we really got a lot of range in emotion and character in that film even tho the movie isn’t objectively the one good thing about Aoe has to be how optimus was handled as a character and voice direction
The entire world will shatter to pieces when Peter Cullen’s time finally comes. I sense it's on the horizon already but let's hope it doesn’t arrive anytime soon.
I think for the most part he’s managed to stay pretty consistent which is admirable. I think his voice moreso changes with the tone of whatever situation he’s in
God now side by side you can really tell what Peter meant about what he said with how he had to deliver his lines in bumblebee compared to everything else 😭
Peter Cullen is the continue but why it has to be Ron to the continue then Gary Chulk!? Gary Chulk is like Peter Cullen from the first appearance & the continues Fuck Ron my friend of the RU-vid said like "and mentioned we have Peter and Gary Chulk acting together and he said we never get that bullshit!" You know who the man like howdy welcome back transformers the game!
The first is the best. The robot voice definitely works. ROTB is probably the second best since he sounds gruffer and they kinda brought back the robot sound. ROTF through TLK is about the same so third. And Bumblebee is dead last ESPECIALLY with how they treated him. If someone actually puts his Bumblebee voice in anything other than dead last I will literally fight them
I think at some points he does sound a little off in ROTB, like they cut his lines, or put one line together with another which made Prime sound a little less natural at times. I didn't notice it as much with other characters. I feel like they want faster dialogue which Peter doesn't really do with his version of Optimus, he likes to give the character more time which the studio don't seem to want to give. I could be wrong, Peter did say he had a much better experience this time round but it still feels a little Bumblebee in parts because of how the movie was put together.
@@Delzord I’ve heard people say that. I personally didn’t hear any of that with Prime or anyone rather than one line with Scourge when he said “You’re gonna die on this speck of dust.” It sounded very off when he said dust, like Peter Dinklage’s mic got all clogged up
It's "implied" to be a reboot, but it's unconfirmed so until an official answer by executives and producers, which of course don't have the time to explain a franchise for kids over a stupid arguement, the two prewuel films Bumblebee and Rise of The Beasts is part of the movie continuity with the other films.
The 1st movie voice give my re robotic feels. The noise and echo that he sounds like machine truly feel alien. After TF2 onward he sounds too much like human. They tried again with Bumble bee but not feeo the same.
Honestly part of me wishes they could keep AOE but remake dotm but then I realize how much everyone’s aged and that it may not be a good idea I really wish that would be a possibility or maybe if they could even add scenes to aoe to make us better understand what happened to sam and the others The 5th movie was a cash grab; it was horrific, and the 4th movie was better, but it still lacked many important features that the first three movies had, at least the first and third (I still like Rotf btw I’m just saying since ya know it had no script)
Mr. Cullen had a voice filter in the first two movies, it stopped being used in Dark Of The Moon. It returned on Rise Of The Beasts, sadly cheaper and makes Cullen's words sometimes intangible.
Random Optimusrizllermegasigmaskibidiprime lines: -MY NAME IS OPTIMUS PRIME -eBaY -Get out of the caaahhh!! -generalourlincesiscusedinourworldblablablaissixdeceptconszisyear -..... there is no plan. -mY NaMe iS OpTiMus PriMe -Im turning into a truck now!! -I will kill you!!! -IAOP -not cool..

This was an Incredible Masterpiece Video For Optimus Prime from The Live Action Transformers Films. Peter Cullen’s Performance will always be Legendary. Bumblebee Film Truly did Peter Cullen Dirty. I Truly Love Peter Cullen’s Voice in Rise of The Beast and I Love That you can hear The Age in Peter Cullen’s Voice and I’m hoping that doesn’t do any De Aging for any future Transformers Movie because Hearing Peter Cullen’s Age in his Voice as Optimus Prime shows how much Peter Cullen is a Veteran Voice Actor.
I know people say his BB and ROTB voice shows his age. Maybe? Thing for me is hes said BB Movie he was to dub over EpicVoiceGuys lines that they did ALL the animating for, so he couldnt do his own inflections. ROTB.... I am not sure of, but it seems his voice was messed with in post production to me. Either way, this man is Optimus Prime until the day he leaves this world.
Peter was the voice, just not at first Jon Bailey (Epic Voice Guy and Optimus Prime in Combiner Wars) did the voice work first, which the animation is tied to, then Peter was brought in to re-record the lines, something of which he really disliked
3:06 to 3:23 ROTB Optimus’ voice sounded just like the others from the Bayverse movies until later on in the film his voice just got gross and too deep.
@@ShockwaveFPSStudios As far as I can tell, it will be a new GI Joe universe to because the Snake Eyes movie bombed bad at the box office. But if you’re just asking because you don’t know much about GI Joe than yes its the series with Snake Eyes
@@StrykerPrimeProductions I mean, Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts both didn’t perform well at the box office either, and they retain continuity. So maybe the Snake Eyes movie could be in the BeeVerse.
@@ShockwaveFPSStudios Idk. Snake Eyes was supposed to be a reboot after the first two GI Joe movies and while the Bee movie and ROTB broke even at least, Snake Eyes didn’t even come close to making its budget back. It made $40 million on an $80 million dollar budget. So I feel like they’re leaving that movie behind. And Snake Eyes was set in modern times and ROTB is in the 90s so Snake Eyes couldn’t be in the next movie if that’s the case and GI Joe fans will be mad if Snake Eyes isn’t in the movie
